Die Kommunikation mir dem Shop ist sehr gut. Ich habe auf meine Probleme eine schnelle und kompetente Antwort bekommen. Die Qualität der Ware ist ausnehmend gut. Ich bin rundum zufrieden. Lediglich der Transportdienstleister ( DHL) lässt zu wünschen übrig, aber das liegt nicht in der Macht des Shops.

Used to love your socks and service. Now you have to order for over 150 euros to get free delivery. Or pay 20 euros for delivery! This is way too expensive!! Also guidence on the site is poor. A size 39-43 woman is much smaller than size 39-43 men’s! To return socks and pay for this is not an option for me! Very disappointing indeed.

First time of using Sockwell Firm, although I have used lighter travel compression socks before - Sockwell are nothing like those at all, much more robust and lon lasting, with a higher compression rating. Well made and from a combination of merino and bamboo which does a good job of making them easier to wear, low odour, and long lasting - they are substantial enough to give good compression without being too thick to use your normal shoes. They don’t seem cheap in comparison to normal socks - there is a little sticker shock factor - but they are worth every penny and have made a big difference to my oedema which being still comfortable. I bought a trial,pair to check them out - and now have seven pairs in Black/blue/ocean and bark (brown) to go with any outfit. If you need help with Oedema, or simply compression socks to help with hiking/running, then your search is over - get these. One point: whilst you can put them in washing machine/dryers - they last much longer if you simply hand wash/rinse them. i can recommend SOAK laundry/travel wash for this.

Je pense qu’il faudrait rendre là haut des chaussetttes moins serrant car cela peut créer des problèmes neuropathiques . J’aimerais aussi avoir des chaussettes en coton ou en lin pour l’été car l’été est de plus en plus chaud . J’aiderai recommandé vos chaussettes autour de mois plus de 20 personnes qui vous en commandent régulièrement . et mes enfants en reçoivent á Noel

Excellent product

Very disappointing experience. My order was cancelled because the item was out of stock, and I wasn't even given the opportunity to choose a replacement. The order was simply cancelled without any discussion. I even contacted customer support to try to arrange an alternative colour, but they showed little interest in helping and made no effort to resolve the issue. If you don't have an item available, don't sell it.

Great product. Confortable and durable.

These are my first socks, so I can't yet say anything about what you could do better. They feel very comfortable as I sit very much. I.e., my legs and feet feel very comfortable. I will probably know more when I've used these for a longer period.

Great quality product that I have come to rely on.
