I ordered two sets of skis for my kids. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with one of the sets - the picture on the website was incorrect, so I received a different model than I expected. When I contacted the shop, they quickly identified the issue, acknowledged the mistake and arranged an exchange for the another model. I believe mistakes can happen in any organisation, and the true quality of customer service often becomes clear when something goes wrong. In this case, the shop handled the situation professionally and efficiently, without any unnecessary hassle.

I appreciate the accuracy and the easy way to order and also to choose among your products. If possible, I would add a human touch to your interface. I prefer to know that there are living people handling my request, not some robots. As sports equipment is something important and almost intimate for me, it is important to purchase it from experienced people, not only from accurate computers. Nevertheless, one aspect should not hamper the other one. Viel Erfolg!

Have had a fine buy, it's real, you buy a bunch and you're ready, you haven't been cheated you/they said, ie. what you buy when you buy 8 to 30 things will get you by really,. A Childrenstride would make Sport Conrad better, that's real children, xxxx. having a question, . You need to be out there to the children who are there, Sport Conrad must show people where Sport is, for it is better than drugs, and the children who made it to the mountains of austria is tough, and getting a t-shirt out there. Did you notice tough Pizol Sport.

At sport Conrad there is always a great selection of meindl model and sizes. I always order a few different models as the is no store in Poland that caries such variety especially in comfort fit(wide) range. I try them on, keep some, return the ones that do not fit perfectly. Not once I had problems with return. Responsive sales people if needed. Overall very easy and pleasant shoping experience.

As I was trying to get some skate ski boots sent from you to NZ via the UK. I got help from Katharina Jäger who was really helpful and patient too, as we both didn’t quite know how it would go. The package at this point made it to the Uk. Fingers crossed it doesn’t get sent back at this point. 😊. If it works I’d be more than happy to buy from you again. Grant Jenkins

Ich hatte fast keine Aghnung von roller ski skating. Ich habe geschrieben mit Frau Christine Erben. Sie hat mie riesig geholfen. Ich habe die Schischue bestehlt und die waren in GRIECHENLAND 10 Tagen schpater. Ihre site hat manche probleme. Wenn ich tue sachen im cart und ich suche fur die Sachen am nexten Tag sie sind nicht drin. Ich hatte auch verschucht mit telephone mich zu melden aben keine hat geanwortet.

Zeer tevreden met mijn aankoop van de ON Cloud 6 Glacier/White bij Sport Conrad. De bestelling verliep vlot, de levering was snel en de schoenen kwamen perfect verpakt aan. De ON Cloud 6 zit meteen comfortabel, biedt uitstekende demping en heeft een moderne uitstraling. Precies zoals beschreven op de website. Een zeer positieve eerste ervaring met Sport Conrad, ik bestel hier zeker opnieuw.

I have ordered skis and ski insoles. They were sent in two different packages. Products themselves are perfect, no issues. Delivery was a joke and it is because of the Bulgarian partner of UPS - In Time. First they didn't try to deliver on the address at all on the specified in the tracking date. Two days later I received message that I should get one of the parcels from a parcel shop that is about 3 km from my address. Although delivery was paid to address. And it was only one of the parcels. I called In Time and the skis (the second parcel) was in another office again 3 km from my address, but in another direction. Just change your provider. UPS/In Time never deliver to address, they always have unstated issues and then ask people to go get their parcel from an office. In this case even more outrages in two different distant offices. I would never order again from sport conrad if delivery is with UPS. Use DHL or DPD instead.

I have bought a couple of climbing skins for my K2 Wayback skis years ago, optimum product! This year i bought a pair of Kastle Tx 93 Up skis…whit its bindings mounted and its skins. I’ m going to use its next winter. Before buyng its, I asked some advises to the staff, that answered me quickly and turning me on the right direction. I reccomend to you all “Sport Conrad” for its Staff, its products and its good prices! Nice experiences for me!!! Marco

For the Conrad team and their commitment, all my respect. I have also, ordered from them before. I ordered a pair of skis and they arrived at the local courier in 3 working days. However, the local courier, UPS, kept it for 4 days without contacting me, saying that the address was incomplete, although the data given to the recipient was correct. Unfortunately, local UPS is below expectations.

I bought the Atomic Redster J2 (130 cm) for my 11-year-old son who weighs 32 kg and is 140 cm tall. The ski is absolutely perfect for his weight. The Bend-X technology is amazing because it allows lighter kids to flex the ski properly and hold a great edge on steep red slopes. The integrated L 6 GW binding fits perfectly in the safe, central position of the rail with no risk of releasing under heavy load.I have been buying from Sport Conrad for years. Back in 2022, I bought my own skis from them – the Fischer RC One 73 AR + RS 11 PR. I am still extremely satisfied with my Fischer skis; they are incredibly stable and high-performing on all black and red slopes.Sport Conrad did an amazing job with the free binding mounting, and the shipping to Bulgaria was fast and secure. Highly recommend!

Good finds and reasonable prices. Have orderded two ski sets and some accessories several times. Quick deliveries. Might be slightly cumbersome to get special deliveries, e.g., was looking at a particular model of ski bindings, but one model did not have proper brake width, while another model in wrong colour did. Also it's a bit bummer that EU international returns are fairly expensive.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the condition and quality of the packaging upon delivery. The skis were packed very loosely, with no protective filler or other material to prevent them from moving inside the box of this dimension. The cardboard used was also very thin and visibly damaged, as shown in the attached photographs. In addition, the skis were not wrapped or otherwise protected inside the package. Given the value and fragility of the product, I consider this packaging unacceptable and believe it exposed the skis to an unnecessary risk of damage during transport. Please review this matter and let me know how you intend to address my complaint. I would also like clarification regarding the model identification. The product shown on the official website appears to be labelled “Atomic Maverick 86 C”, whereas the skis I received are printed only with “Atomic Maverick 86”. Please confirm whether these are the same model and explain the difference between the “86 C” and “86” markings. If they are different products, please clarify why I received a model that appears to differ from the one advertised.

I’m glad I was able to purchase this at a discount; it also arrived in Japan very quickly. It’s from a reliable brand and seems easy to handle. I do have some concerns about whether it will be smooth to attach and detach, but I’m looking forward to using it.

All in all - good experience with Sport Conrad. The items I bought were shipped very promptly. The only drawback is that one ski pole out of 2 sets I bought had a bent tip. If I would be buying ski poles in the physical store, I would ask immediately to replace it with an undamaged ski pole. Same quality check I would expect to be carried out before packing items to be shipped.

I've only today received the shoes (24th October). I am very happy with them thanks. Your service was excellent. The problem with delivery was UK customs and the stupid British people who chose Brexit!!! Thank you for your prompt sending of my order.

Great! Nice prices, good website and easy to order. Only weird thing was my Postnord app that didn’t know that my package was from SportConrad so if that would have been fixed which I don’t know if it’s their fault or yours everything would been superb.
