Overall it is good, such as ordering is easy, delivery is fast. But I found that one of the binding was not properly installed. The position of the binding was about 5mm away from the position it should be. That was not a big issue actually. Another serious issue was one the screw on connection of binding was broken as it couldn't be fastened probably when the binding was well positioned. That could be the reason why the binding was not well positioned.

Buenos productos y buenos precios. Pero compra solo si estás completamente seguro de que no vas a devolver nada. Una devolución desde España sale por unos 40€, pues tienes que ocuparte tú de todo. Podrían asumir un acuerdo con el transportista de manera que, aunque pague el cliente, sea a precio ventajoso ofrecido a la empresa. En Ekosport por ejemplo es así: imprimes tu etiqueta de devolución vas a un punto de recogida y te descuentan una cantidad razonable por el transporte (unos 10€).

Ski’s besteld en een paar dagen later werden ze al bezorgd. Goed verpakt. Het zou iets handiger zijn geweest als ik van tevoren een melding had gekregen met de verwachte bezorgdatum, dan had ik daar rekening mee kunnen houden, maar dat is een detail. Met aftersales heb ik nog geen ervaring en ook (nog) niet nodig gehad. Anders had ik kunnen bepalen of het 5 sterren hadden moeten zijn

A good purchase and a perfect shipping
Everything was packed and sent in a perfect way. The pair of ski I bought was stored in a big box together with the ski bag I ordered. The cardboard box was sealed with hot glue and tape.
The delivery was just one day later than announced but it was an international delivery from Germany to Italy.

Great price (discount) and delivery
Great price (discount) for 2 sets of hogh end ski's. Notifications via email are good and delivery was within 4 days.
However, no notification for the delivery itself and the box was left next to the garage unattended. Still 5 stars because it's not the shop's fault.

I’ve used Sport Conrad a number of times over the years. I would be hard pressed to find a shop that can match the prices of Sport Conrad on skis and equipment. Delivery is always reliable.
