My file was too large to upload with the online customizer, so I emailed them. Davis from customer service was fast and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. The turn around time was extremely fast. I already got a shipping tracking within a few hours of file upload. I got the wood box since this is a gift and I knew the cover is supposed to be a picture frame. What I didn't expect was that it actually had a glass cover and a stand you can mount to the back. Very nice! I will definitely use them again.

Puzzles are great but prices are very expensive!
There is no discount if you order 2 or more puzzles with different printed images (contrary to companies where you have discounts when you order for example 3 different calendars with personnalized photos).
This therefore doesn’t encourage you to buy several puzzles.

I ordered a 1,000 piece wooden puzzle and both the puzzle and the box are beautiful. Liked it so much I ordered a second one, but this time saved a little money and just ordered the traditional material. Everything arrived in just a few days. I will definitely order more.

I liked the variety. I was able to make them all different sizes for my 7 grandchildren from 5 to 17 years old. Giving them puzzles with photos of themselves and or their cousins made it more fun than just any old puzzle.

It’s my fifth puzzles, and i sell to my clients. That’s a great puzzles. The quality is exceptionnal and colors are beautifuls.
The only thing it’s the cost of the shipmen. I was surprise to pay it a UPS and i didn’t know. It’ sa little bit expansif. Can you think about someting for clients who bought many times or many one puzzles at the same Time. May be shipment free?thank you. Mme Gilbert, signe Cyril coiffure

Beyond expectations
My expectations weren’t so high when I made the purchase online. BUT when I unboxed the item, saw and felt the puzzle box and pieces, it was beyond perfect. I loved the quality of the puzzle pieces down to the box. It’s beyond perfect and quality of the image had me falling in love with the picture moments I chose for the puzzle! Thank you for being beyond what I expected!

They were super helpful when I ran into issues uploading my photos, quickly got my order ready and shipped it, and the product is exceptional, I know they'll live the puzzles as gifts for Christmas! Love the puzzle print quality so much, it’s perfect with very saturated colors and clean cuts for each piece.
However, I wish I asked for a box design without the pattern, I think their standard box design need to be simplified or without pattern. Note for future orders~

Custom picture puzzles
I order a few custom puzzles per year as gifts and am satisfied with every order. It's easy to order them and they are generally shipped within a few days. It is fun to see the happy reaction when a person opens their gift and sees their picture on a puzzle!
