Lors de mon premier achat, il m'a été fait une remarque sur l'image qui se décolle par endroit sur certaines pièces. De mon côté, je n'ai pas remarqué cela. I ordered a 1,000 piece wooden puzzle and both the puzzle and the box are beautiful. Liked it so much I ordered a second one, but this time saved a little money and just ordered the traditional material. Everything arrived in just a few days. I will definitely order more.

I liked the variety. I was able to make them all different sizes for my 7 grandchildren from 5 to 17 years old. Giving them puzzles with photos of themselves and or their cousins made it more fun than just any old puzzle.

I like how easy it is to make puzzles - and then how quickly the puzzle is sent. One puzzle was delivered to the wrong address and the company helped track it down right away. Excellent quality - very satisfied!

Brilliant gift idea

Colors were not right

My file was too large to upload with the online customizer, so I emailed them. Davis from customer service was fast and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. The turn around time was extremely fast. I already got a shipping tracking within a few hours of file upload. I got the wood box since this is a gift and I knew the cover is supposed to be a picture frame. What I didn't expect was that it actually had a glass cover and a stand you can mount to the back. Very nice! I will definitely use them again.

PuzzlesPrint makes a well-crafted product. The puzzle pieces themselves fall smoothly into place, the lamination of the picture to the piece is uniform, and the colors are bright. I like the texture of the lamination as well. The box is sturdy too.

Got a puzzle as a gift a few years back. Now hooked. Get one every winter for fun indoor activity. Quality is always good. Reasonable delivery times.

The software to assemble my collage puzzle was easy to use. Fast shipping, and the product turned out great!
