Good service and really good quality
The service is really good and delivery is fast. The website is pretty easy to use to make a puzzle just how you want. Have bought a few now as gifts and they all have been very well received so quality is good.
It would help, when customising our puzzles on the web page, if we could more clearly see if our photo choice and size is leaving any blank/white edges on the outside.

Good but puzzle not completed yet
While I have not completed my puzzle yet the pieces look high quality, the print as well as the material and delivery was as promised. Only 4 out of 5 because the final delivery company chosen screwed up and delivered to the wrong house and even though it said very clearly 'signature required' the just dumped the package outside in the snow at the wrong address.

Can only say at this point that the order was received very soon here in Canada, less than 2 weeks after I ordered. Puzzle is a Christmas gift so it has not been opened. But the box with the photo of the puzzle image is sturdy and arrived in perfect shape. Have ordered in the past from here and the puzzles were always good quality, being put together many times by various family members over the years.
