Extremely happy with the quality, speed and general craftsmanship of the puzzle I ordered. In fact, it turned out actually better than the picture I sent.
The individual pieces are the perfect size and done on a nice hard cardboard, with seemingly no pieces that were shaped in a way that they could fit in more than one place.
It would have been nice to have a poster as well as the box top, but a quick trip to the printer and it’s easily rectified.

The pieces don't stay locked to each other, some of the wooden pieces are lifted up, and the cut itself doesn't look great on the photo. I do not recommend this type of a puzzle.

It’s my fifth puzzles, and i sell to my clients. That’s a great puzzles. The quality is exceptionnal and colors are beautifuls.
The only thing it’s the cost of the shipmen. I was surprise to pay it a UPS and i didn’t know. It’ sa little bit expansif. Can you think about someting for clients who bought many times or many one puzzles at the same Time. May be shipment free?thank you. Mme Gilbert, signe Cyril coiffure

They were super helpful when I ran into issues uploading my photos, quickly got my order ready and shipped it, and the product is exceptional, I know they'll live the puzzles as gifts for Christmas! I only took a peek in the packaging so I don’t have photos yet, but I'll upload them when I gift them for Christmas.

Love the puzzle print quality so much, it’s perfect with very saturated colors and clean cuts for each piece.
However, I wish I asked for a box design without the pattern, I think their standard box design need to be simplified or without pattern. Note for future orders~

Good quality, shipped quickly
I generally purchase 2 - 3 customized puzzles per year and they have always been of good quality and are shipped within a few days of ordering them. Customized puzzles are a wonderful way to capture memories.
