My file was too large to upload with the online customizer, so I emailed them. Davis from customer service was fast and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. The turn around time was extremely fast. I already got a shipping tracking within a few hours of file upload. I got the wood box since this is a gift and I knew the cover is supposed to be a picture frame. What I didn't expect was that it actually had a glass cover and a stand you can mount to the back. Very nice! I will definitely use them again.

Puzzles are great but prices are very expensive!
There is no discount if you order 2 or more puzzles with different printed images (contrary to companies where you have discounts when you order for example 3 different calendars with personnalized photos).
This therefore doesn’t encourage you to buy several puzzles.

It’s my fifth puzzles, and i sell to my clients. That’s a great puzzles. The quality is exceptionnal and colors are beautifuls.
The only thing it’s the cost of the shipmen. I was surprise to pay it a UPS and i didn’t know. It’ sa little bit expansif. Can you think about someting for clients who bought many times or many one puzzles at the same Time. May be shipment free?thank you. Mme Gilbert, signe Cyril coiffure

The quality and the materials are great, however the box has been slightly damaged during the transport; also, the font i used while planning my puzzle hasn't made it to the actual product (there are some squares instead)

I have made many puzzles, which shows I always like the job you do but I always have the same small criticism. You leave too many pieces attached, so I have to detach them before I start the puzzle.

Not so happy with the cut or wooden pieces...
The pieces don't stay locked to each other, some of the wooden pieces are lifted up, and the cut itself doesn't look great on the photo. I do not recommend this type of a puzzle.

We were doing our custom photo puzzle that we want to frame and finished it only to find that 2 pieces are missing.

We are very sorry to hear about the missing pieces, as we explained, the process is fully automated and it is highly unlikely that the pieces were lost during the production process. Please check if you can locate them. In addition, due to production specifications, it is not possible to reproduce individual puzzle pieces. Furthermore, as the order was placed more than 3 years ago, we cannot validate the lost piece claim. We encourage you to contact us via e-mail for more details.
