My file was too large to upload with the online customizer, so I emailed them. Davis from customer service was fast and efficient in helping me resolve the issue. The turn around time was extremely fast. I already got a shipping tracking within a few hours of file upload. I got the wood box since this is a gift and I knew the cover is supposed to be a picture frame. What I didn't expect was that it actually had a glass cover and a stand you can mount to the back. Very nice! I will definitely use them again.

Puzzles are great but prices are very expensive! There is no discount if you order 2 or more puzzles with different printed images (contrary to companies where you have discounts when you order for example 3 different calendars with personnalized photos). This therefore doesn’t encourage you to buy several puzzles.
