Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location.
Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply.
Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.

Great selection and high integrity
Great selection of engineering test/measurement equipment. Prices are good and they often have promotions across product lines.
Most important, they accurately quote stock and delivery times. If they say its in stock, it is. If not, they say when it will arrive and meet that timeline (or ship early).
Finally, they can be trusted. I've bought more than a dozen products from them and they always deliver. They communicate, they are easy to reach.

Good place to buy specialized electronics equipment
I was buying a brand new (just released) model of an oscilloscope at Batronix. Not only the model I wanted was there on their stock, while other places were showing couple of weeks waiting time, I also received small but always welcome discount and low shipping price to Switzerland. The device was sent just in a couple of hours after I made my purchase. So I am really satisfied. Thank you!
