I recently purchased a Magnova oscilloscope from Batronix. Shortly after receiving it, I noticed occasional glitches with the touch display. Over the last 5 years Batronix has been my supplier of in total 6 pieces of testequipment. Each delivery from DE to DK has been within impressing 2 days and without any problems at all. Only once I have had to make use of their service department as my 1 year old spectrumanalyzer suddenly showed a serious display problem. The kind and helpfull people at Batronix fixed the problem without any great effort from my side, and I had a working analyzer back within only 2 weeks. So a great Cadeau to Batronix' service guys from here.

Batronix answers always fast, they try their very best to solve my questions and find a solution to my problems, lately i was unlucky to blow up a Siglent Signal Generator, they was able to get me a new circuit board, so i could put it in my self, super solution over sending whole unit back and forward for service, it was also cheaper and faster this way.

This is my first order at Batronix, I knew about this store by hearsay. I was glad that it is a store in Germany. Personally, I love tools made in Germany, they offer me a high degree of mobility and professional development. I also looked a little at other competing sites to study the offers, but the winner was Batronix. The story of buying this oscilloscope began many years ago, I think about 15 years ago, when I bought my first digital oscilloscope from RIGOL DS1052E. The second was this one, also a RIGOL MHO984. I preferred the one from the Limited Edition MHO98 but unfortunately only 2000 units were manufactured. I found out about it because I follow Dave Jones's EEVblog Youtube channel. This oscilloscope IMHO is top-notch, offers advanced performance and functions. I was able to activate its arbitrary function generator function and this is thanks to Batronix who offered me a free license for AFG50 and in this way I want to thank them once again. Without activating the AFG50 function I could not use Bode Plot which is a very useful function for more advanced users who want and even need to draw graphs of various electronic circuits. About MHO984 I can only say that at the moment I am in the testing and primary accommodation phase at a more advanced beginner level. In the near future I will purchase a more advanced AFG at 200-250 MHz, but now I am in the study phase, I am prospecting the market in search of advantageous offers for me. Honestly I would prefer a RIGOL DG922 Pro but at the moment it is a bit expensive for me, as a more realistic alternative I see an OWON XDG3202. In conclusion, I would like to thank the Batronix team for their professionalism and I recommend them as reliable partners and do not hesitate to use their services and products. Batronix did everything perfect! I've ordered the BX48 with 3 adapters. But I've made a mistake with choosing the adapters. Luckily Batronix noticed my mistake and pointed me to the right adapter. For my customer I had to copy 4 memory chips and it all went perfect and I have a happy customer.

Batronix made my new scope evaluation as simple as getting to a neighbour lab and ask for a demo scope to carry with me. I ordered all equipment I need from Batronix and my experience is six stars, from the pre-sale technical information, offer and shipment and potential technical support - cannot think what could possibly be done better.

Fast and careless delivery, fast response from customer support. The only thing what could improve customer satisfaction with MHO984 is an instruction how to install licenses, since it is not straight forward and cost some time to figure out. Optimum solution is to connect via web-interface and use the right SCPI commands to install the license. This is preferable over installing software, which is sometimes not easily possible and wanted. It would help and save a lot of time when for every option is a example with the right option name for the specific MHO984. Then it would be very easy to drag and drop the SCPI command and combine it with the generated license key. Similar to the DHOMHO_license_installing_MANUAL.pdf. Thank you!

I recently bought Siglent bench multimeter from Batronix. Online ordrting process was easy and fast to go through. After ordering the communication was fast and informative + the actual shipment was in transit without any delays. Everything was perfect from my point of view.

Fast shipping and fair pricing. I'm a bit disappointed about the second testec 4KV passive probe I ordered as the signal is not quite flat. The first probe I ordered is much better but this is not batronix's fault.
