Batronix service and product were great!
Being UK based with associated "Brexit issues" supplying (and even paying for) the board we wanted to order was complicated as it wasn't covered by the standard Batronix automated ordering system.
Customer service by http://www.batronix.com/ staff, especially Mr Joel J. was extremely good, his manual intervention managing to find a means to satisfy and deliver my order to my great satisfaction.
The board supplied is a Batronix designed (so unique to Batronix board) therefore good documentation is important - the 50+ page manual supplied (actually both English and German copies were included) was outstandingly comprehensive, a good example of Best Current Practice for such manuals.
The board itself was very well designed and implemented working well immediately with simple and clear instructions in the supplied 50 page manual leading to good results and great customer satisfaction.
