Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location.
Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply.
Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.
Bought a HIKMICRO thermal camera. The delivery was very quick. Same day shipping and out for delivery in Denmark the day after. The camera is nice too.

High accuracy electronic load. We use it as high accuracy current source (it is connected in series with battery). Very useful instrument.
