Informative and easy to navigate website, easy ordering process, well organized delivery, prompt communication. On top of that, when I needed technical support for a couple of issues, the response was courteous, fast and the replacement parts were received in a couple of days!
Overall, I can congratulate the Batronix team for their excellent customer support and quality of service!

Take more care that the shipping address is correct and when it's wrong actively participate in ensuring the parcels are delivered in the proper location.
Communicate status of what will be delivered when and where. As long as other people are placed in CC to be informed, keep them in CC in any reply.
Send the invoice after payment and shipment has be performed.
I think the Batronix is a good shop.
It is always help to purchase goods from Engineers.

Suppliers of great test equipment
Batronix has become my supplier of choice for nice test equipment. So far I have purchased an Oscilloscope, a Spectrum Analyser and an Electronic Power Load. I have a Desktop Digital Multimeter on order and will likely purchase a bench PSU.

Detailed homepage and fast delivery
The homepage is easy to navigate with a lot of relevant information. It is also easy to find information (and downloads) for devices they no longer are selling.
The delivery was fast and with detailed information about the steps up to the delivery.
I have not had to contact the customer support, so I cannot say how that is handled.

I ordered online and it was easy and efficient.
I used the online ordering system and it was easy to use and efficient. Shipping was fast as I ordered Thursday and the following Monday the first parcel arrived. Unfortunately UPS did not deliver the parcel and there was some confusion for a few days. Second parcel did arrive Thursday in the same week, so not too bad.

I receive an answer for my request for a proposal rapidly. I got the same answer from France 3 weeks later.
And Batronix gave a better price for the same equipment and services.
