I love the product! And it is packed so well. It was well worth waiting. I tell all my griend about how stoked I am. The only thing is that I really have to figure out which glasses to buy in the supermarket. Here in the Netherlands so far I found mayonaise from a particular brand, applesirop and pickels. Hope I will find more soon! Otherwise we have to eat a lot of pickles.

The customer service so far has been amazing. A replacement of something faulty was answered quickly and replaced.
Its great to be able to pulse straight into a jar but I think I would actually like the option to buy a larger vessel than a jar, that sits on the top like a conventional processor, with a handle and a spout for pouring more liquidy contents. I wish I could have requested a different plug for the UK.
I tried to blend dates and nuts (for bounce balls) and it got a bit heated so I just stopped for an hour and Continued at intervals.
I love the simplicity. I love the design. I love that it looks more like an amp than a food processor. I love being able to use a universal jar. I love the compostable packaging elements that it arrives with. And the beautiful booklet. I just hope it lives a long and healthy life.

Excellent blender and customer service
We are very satisfied with the product. The blender works very well and is easy to handle and to clean and works with various types of food without being too loud. The concept is amazing and we also had a great contact with the customer service (I wanted to change the color I ordered right after ordering and they replied quick and sent me the other color). We would definitely recommend open funk to others!

Delivery and Product
Delivery information was good, but could be a bit more frequent when waiting some weeks for the product to keep the waiting client hyped. But I am very happy with the product functionality! One more idea in regards to the product design: the corners are really sharp. Any possibilities to provide some additional toppers for them?

Fantastic concept
The whole concept is fantastic and well executed. I particularly like its recycled components and the fact all repairs can be made easily by making parts available. I love the concept of using jars. Now that I have the unit and can use it, I am also pleased with how it works. Thank you!

There’s one critical flaw
The parts stop working if they get too hot. And it’s a blender, so things often get too hot. Otherwise it’s really great.

I love to support a start up I believe in, which creates a regular product in a Circular way, with unique features.
My highlight is using standard glass jars where I can mix my smoothy and drink it directly, without making extra things dirty. I am amazed how fast it crushes nuts. It became my favorite kitchen gadget.
It took some time between the order and delivery dates but.. good things take time ;)
I was expecting for it to be lighter but due to the weight It's not so convenient to store it all the time. The funky design makes it gorgeous to stay on te kitchen board tho.
