I love the product! And it is packed so well. It was well worth waiting. I tell all my griend about how stoked I am. The only thing is that I really have to figure out which glasses to buy in the supermarket. Here in the Netherlands so far I found mayonaise from a particular brand, applesirop and pickels. Hope I will find more soon! Otherwise we have to eat a lot of pickles.

The customer service so far has been amazing. A replacement of something faulty was answered quickly and replaced. Its great to be able to pulse straight into a jar but I think I would actually like the option to buy a larger vessel than a jar, that sits on the top like a conventional processor, with a handle and a spout for pouring more liquidy contents. I wish I could have requested a different plug for the UK. I tried to blend dates and nuts (for bounce balls) and it got a bit heated so I just stopped for an hour and Continued at intervals. I love the simplicity. I love the design. I love that it looks more like an amp than a food processor. I love being able to use a universal jar. I love the compostable packaging elements that it arrives with. And the beautiful booklet. I just hope it lives a long and healthy life.
