Customers appreciate the high quality of the furniture, noting that it is well-made and often exceeds expectations. The ordering process is frequently described as smooth, easy, and well-organized. Most reviewers highlight the reliability and speed of delivery, and many find the assembly instructions clear and the process straightforward. Customer service is often praised for being friendly, helpful, and responsive, and communication with the company is generally fast, clear, and proactive. When issues arise, many customers value the quick and accommodating solutions provided. However, some customers have experienced significant issues with shipping companies, including delays and problems with delivery reliability. There are occasional reports of missing or incorrect parts, which can make assembly difficult, and some find the instructions challenging to follow. A few customers mention dissatisfaction with the level of communication in certain cases or difficulty reaching support. Negative experiences with customer service, such as a lack of apologies when problems occur, have also been noted.
