I discovered MSC through a recommendation and link on another website - I'm so pleased that I did!
Having taken quite some time looking through the MSC website and other information they provide, I was happy to place my first order with them. Knowing that their products do not contain any fillers or other unwanted ingredients, ticked a huge box for me. Also, I believe their pricing is very fair for the quality of product they provide.
The shipping was super fast! It was shipped on Thurs 19th Oct and arrived at the pick up point I chose - in Spain! - on Mon 24th Oct. Incredible!
I can't recommend MSC enough and I'm already planning my next order!

Updating new card details should be immediate, I have never been asked to use Paypal. I pay various companies with my card and have never had any problems. The card in question has been in use for 3 years, as such it's not new. Four weeks earlier I had paid MCS for my first order with the same card everything was OK and the sale went through. on paying for the second order about 5 weeks later there seemed to be problems as the old card numbers kept coming up instead of the reinstated new one, MCS asked me to use Paypal, which I did and the sale went through. The above has never happened before and I was left none the wiser what the problem might have been.

As discussed on the e-mail, the fact that your browser keeps showing the credit card information from your old credit card, is related to your internet browser. We woudl help you with that as well, but we do not have control on your internet browser. We have suggested cleaning the cookies on the internet browser, or if you don't know how to do that, to use other payment methods such as PayPal. (PayPal is not our preferred payment method, given the high transaction fees we have to pay.)
We are sad to see your 3-star review, given that we have always done our best for you, in terms of support, shipping and products. We answered every question you sent us by e-mail, and we constantly upgraded your shipping from Standard to Express so that you have received your orders in just 1-business day. The Citrus Bergamot you are ordering contains the highest quality ingredient that is available Worldwide (standardized in the actives that matter), that costs 4x more than the ingredients used in most Citrus Bergamot food supplements available.

I'm new, but impressed with quick delivery. Would like more information if you are taking other health capsules. ie., before meals or after meals. Ypou suggest taking the capsules before meals, would it be best to have a length of take
to swallow the two other pills I usually take, 1 x garlic 500 and 1 x Probiotic Complex.
(Could you darken the writing on your capsule bottle, gold and white merge and it's difficult to see the writing even with a magnifying glass).

Indeed, it is best to take Citrus Bergamot on an empty stomach, with water, at the same time when taking all the other capsules you mentioned.
Thank you for the advise. It is very much appreciated. We have recognized that the text collor is less visible on the Golden labels, and have recently started changing that for new batches to a darker collor.

The only problem is here in Greece with the couriers that even though I paid more for quicker delivery l had to track my order and drive 50 km to get it since they keep it without sending any notice!

In our experience, in general, most of the shipping companies have challenges delivering fast to Greek islands. In this case, we see they took 4 business days.
We just checked your case, and we think the reason why you encountered this challenge is related to the fact that in your address you have indicated the area (village) but there is no house number included in your address, or house name.
Would it be possible for you to provide next time a house number?
