Very easy to order from the options provided on the website, which contains detailed information. Communication with Slav is excellent, always helpful answers from him if you have questions. Took 4 weeks shipping to Cairns, Australia which was not too bad as it was over Christmas. The quality of the product was great and the fit on my Rockshox Zeb fork even better! Got to love these boutique products.

I can't review Vision Velo yet, because I haven't received my order yet. As far as the website store goes, I think it's above average - Possibly above really good. I really can't ding them on delivery time, because I live in the U.S., so there's that. I'm a little surprised that these fenders aren't available at any store in the states. Looks like the design is superior.

Great customer service
Slav did a great job of helping me figure out that I have a slightly different fork version than what the fender was designed for so it would not work with what was currently offered. Slav then went and created something that would work for my particular fork.
