Received my backorder floor lamp 7 weeks from order date altho the site said 3-4 weeks. I have bought before from Tatahome and they have always fulfill my orders and even search for items not listed on their site. I email at 4 weeks to remind abt my order and they got on it and the lamp arrived 3 weeks later. The lamp was well packed and arrived in pristine condition. The longer wait was unfortunate so be mindful about backorders taking a longer time than stated. timely updates should be sent for backorders to keep us informed.
