My experience was bad with ADH-Fishing shop! Phonned Adh fishing before placing order and got informed that item is in stock and will be delivered in max 5 days. The item was shipped next day. Unfortunately seller failed provide my phone number to the GLS company and parcel after 8 days was returned to the seller Still didn't get my refund from ADH Fishing

Shipping communication

Although my overall experience with ADH is very satisfactory, on this occasion I am a little disappointed with the issue related to the shipping of the purchased goods. I note that there is a long delay in communicating the status of the shipment. It's been 5 days since I made the purchase and I still don't know anything about shipping. Really, Really not a serious shop

I made an order, paid for it, didn't receive all my items, the invoice and of course my net was bended but the package was intact. After 10days I just received an email that they are sorry and somebody else will get in contact and solve the issue. Nobody else contact me, I made my fishing trip with a borrowed net and I am very frustrated because it is not normal for this kind of behavior.
