Although my overall experience with ADH is very satisfactory, on this occasion I am a little disappointed with the issue related to the shipping of the purchased goods.
I note that there is a long delay in communicating the status of the shipment.
It's been 5 days since I made the purchase and I still don't know anything about shipping.
