I had a great experience with them!
I ordered 5 things from my fav brand of children’s toys, Little Dutch. It’s so hard to find European retailers that will ship to America. I discovered this place, followed them on Instagram and they said they can ship to me from the Netherlands. I was hesitant at first bc I’ve never shopped with them before but I’m so glad I did! I’m definitely coming back. They have a HUGE selection of Little Dutch toys and they ship FAST. I placed my order and 6 days later recieved t it on my doorstep, from the NETHERLANDS to AMERICA!! The only downside was shipping costed an arm and a leg hehe, and I had to pay American tariff fees but that’s okay because these toys are going to make my daughter so happy! Lastly their costumer service is so nice! They respond quickly!

Order placed to received took a month
Products were listed as in stock. After my order I got an email saying they would ship the following Tuesday because Monday was a holiday, and that I would receive an email with tracking info at that time. After several days not hearing anything I emailed to ask the status and was told that actually a few of the items wouldn't be in stock for a couple of weeks. I waited patiently and at almost a month after I placed my order I received it. Maybe I'm just spoiled by Amazon, but this didn't feel like a particularly good transaction to me.

I was worried about the shipping and the genuineness of the product since I ordered from overseas. The shipping was really fast, which arrived in less than a week and I was also able to register the product on the official Stokke website.

Very expensive!
Price is shown before taxes - which is crazy- because the sending is to another EU country... also one of the handle bar covers (but this is not babycare.nl problem) the zipper split upon the first attempt to place the new cover on the stroller's handlebars.... so I was in a dilemma if I won't get the zipper unzipped well and back zipped up again- what will I have to do? Send the faulty product back? I didn't find this information online.

You live in Lithuania, so we have shipped your order including all applicable taxes since you are in EU territory.
The price that you have seen is the same as in your order confirmation and the same as what you can see in your credit card statement.

We offer both Postal shipping and UPS. You are free to choose which option suits you best. For your order, you have selected UPS, which is quick but more expensive than Post for your destination. These options have been presented to you in the shopping cart and in the checkout.
Regarding the ordered Bugaboo product: the replacement grips are a tight fit and require a bit of patience to placed them correctly. The zipper that has been used by Bugaboo is quite forgiving; just go ahead and retry.
