BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL
As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MORONS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door.
Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.
The products I received do not correspond to what I bought ( see attached images). I am left in an uncomfortable situation, because I do not know if the products were changed at the origin or in the UPS delivery chain. I will appreciate your solution in this regard. I do not want to carry out the return process, because it is very cumbersome and I do not have time for that.Sincerely, A. Molina M.

One asterisk, but it is also a lot. Extremely bad customer service. I'm from Bulgaria. We are a small company engaged in SMD assembly since 1989. The year is not messed up!!!! I did not understand why, as the COMPANY ASTERIX ELECTRONICS OOD is registered for VAT, VAT was charged on the invoice. For reference Invoice no.9742610344 and Customer 52543256. When asked WHY I was told not to ask more than once.....they will answer me. But I haven't received a reply yet.
I have several customers from Austria. I never allowed myself to answer that way.

The Hoist was damaged on delivery. I requested the Hoist be packaged securely, but it was not and is damaged just like the last order I made so will need to be returned. In addition I ordered two Hoists, only one has arrived although two electrical leads were sent, where is the other Hoist? I will add customer services were very good at replacing the last one, it is just a shame someone has not taken the care to package them correctly in the first place.

Change the picture of the nws 134-49 VDE 180mm side cutters to the actual product!!! I purchased this item because the picture clearly shows a hole for cutting screws!!! The side cutters arrived with not hole!!! I could have bought a better side cutters for the same price without the screw cutter but now I have an exspensive side cutters I don’t want. Great stuff. Thanks!!!!

Τhe worst experience I have had as a buyer in 30 years. The order was placed on March 11 and received on October 6. I kept getting automated messages with a new case number each time and no answers to my questions. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone and I will not be doing business with them again.

Item was found missing from order.
Conrad did not advise us of this issue at any point until the order arrived and then said it would be a further 4 weeks until despatched.
I queried this issue by email with them 3 weeks ago and am still awaiting a reply.

The original lead time for this parcel was 5-7 days, we eventually received the order 8 weeks later, with no communication from you. There's no clear phone number or email address on the website for us to chase ourselves so this made the ordering process very stressful.

They still charged full shipping, even though half the order was missing.

Learn English. Stop using UPS.
I was told delivery would happen "shortly" in the reference line of the respective email; in the email body it turns out that the delivery schedule was 5 days away. A day before schedule I am told I was not at home during their delivery attempt. So I had to go get the parcel from a collection point. Thank you very much.

Be active and responsive to your buyer's cry/concerns/questions even when it does not make sense. Conrad is not customer focus.
The stress you made us go through on this order is what I have never witnessed and do not wish anyone to witness and up till this moment in time, no single word of apology from CONRAD. It is indeed a shame!!!

I just opened the package and to my great disappointment I see that the instrument has many signs that show that it is used. On the Duspol inscription the color is worn and on the back side there are many scratches. A new instrument cannot have all these problems. Expected immediately answer from the company

Connectors arrived with bended pins and the order was incomplete with missing parts. Not the first time with Conrad. Also shipping costs of 20 euro's a bit steep for a small parcel and then it was delayed . Waited one whole day and it did not arrive without notice of delay. All in all very poor service
