Conrad are my go to vendor for my storage box needs. I hope to use Conrad for more items in the future, great vendor. Quality items at a very reasonable price. Conrad ship in a very timely manner, thank you. However, they entrust shipping to UPS. UPS consistently under perform by damaging items and poor communication on deliveries, very disappointing.

Übersichtlicher WebShop, gut dokumentierte Artikel mit vielen Fotos, einfacher Zahlungsvorgang und zufriedenstellende Lieferzeiten. Was will man mehr? Nach jahrelanger Abwesenheit bin ich nun zu Conrad zurückgekehrt, weil der amerikanische Marktführer mich mit seiner Arroganz und seinem auf Profitmaximierung ausgelegten Geschäftsmodell genervt hat. Mal sehen wie sich das entwickelt. Sieht aber gut aus!

I had been looking for a transformer with these specs for a while, and Conrad had the best filtering and search options, and clear technical specifications to take the guesswork out of what I would be purchasing and whether the transformer would fit my requirements. The only (slight) downside was the choice of delivery provider. At least where I live, UPS offers a sub-par service compared to other options. I was still able to get my package, but it was a bit of a hassle.

Quick delivery time..not the most accurate & up to date tracking system. Was only advised that there was a futher customs charge on the day of delivery, should of been informed at the time of ordering with a total cost of item..

The merchandise had not arrived and I cannot track its actual situation. For the moment I am not shure that the situation is due to Conrad or to DHL, but that is not OK.

The right product and fast delivery

I ordered a product that was shown to be in stock, a small replacement battery for my dx7 synth. Since it was only a couple euros I ordered more things. Turns out the battery was no in stock and not delivered, I wasn‘t actively informed about this and only found out once I opened the package. Then UPS was horrific to work with, I took the day off when the package was supposed to arrive, was on the balcony when ups arrived and saw them walking up to the house, but they didn‘t ring (I would have heard that I‘m 99% sure) but just left a note they couldn‘t reach me. On the note it told me to register online to change the delivery, but the UPS website is a noghtmare, at first it wouldn‘t let me change the country from UK to switzerland, despite not using a vpn, profile set to switzlerand language and country settings switzerland - english. I gave up after an hour because I couldn‘t get it to work and I build fullstack web solutions for a living. So I worked from home the next day and luckily it worked then but as mentioned, the one product I was waiting for wasn‘t even in the package. Why don‘t you work with the swiss post like most other international suppliers? I think this is the last time I ordered from conrad…
