Abysmally Poor Customer Service
You cancelled my order simply because it contained a battery, which you claimed was 'hazardous material' and thus could not ship. Then use another courier! I indicated that I was quite happy to accept it without the 18650 battery as I can obtain them locally, but you were not even prepared to do that - open the box, remove and discard the battery, close the box and pack and ship. What sort of customer service is that? This is now the second time you have done this, seriously inconveniencing me. You advertise yourself as CONRAD INTERNATIONAL, and yet you cannot ship internationally? If the product is so 'hazardous' then how come it was shipped to you?
