BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL
As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MORONS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door.
Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.
they write that the customer can cancel the order if it is still pending but they do not accept cancellations. They also change shipping location and shipping date from 2 to 9 weeks after purchase ,with no right to cancel .Account deletion requested from us , still waiting.They answered,, go ahead for a paypal conflict,,,they will then ,,correct,, their policy

I received the package after 2 weeks!!! You have the worst possible courier!!! It is not possible for a parcel to stay in their warehouse in Romania for 1 week! I have parcels from China ordered after the one from Conrad and they arrived before him!
I will never order from this store again, unless you offer DHL shipping.

Man fragt sich, wofür es eine Rubrik „Bemerkungen“ im Bestellformular gibt, wenn dieses ignoriert wird. Ich hatte gebeten, das Paket mit DHL und nicht mit UPS zu versenden, da die zeitgerechte Zustellung in Rumänien nicht funktioniert und das Paket primär eine Woche bei denen im Lager herumliegt. Auf dem Versandetikett ist dies sogar zweimal angeführt. Entweder sind die Leute blind, die den Versand machen oder es ist denen egal. Weiters ist auf dem Versandetikett die Telefonnummer nicht vermerkt, sodass sich der Fahrer einen Wolf im ländlichen Gebiet sucht. Alles in allem ein fürchterlich schlechter Versandservice, der mich in Zukunft davon abhalten wird wieder mehr bei Conrad zu bestellen. Ein Anbieter aus der USA bewerkstelligt eine Bestellung mit ca. 50 Posten in einem Tag und die Bauteile sind innerhalb von drei Tagen bis zur Haustür geliefert. Das nenne ich Service!

Ordered 4 ea items have received 1 ea item. Is it not possible to send all items in “one go” as the cost of having the customs documentation/form made + handling fee is about 20 Eiuros (note that this has nothing to do with the VAT to be paid (24%)) so there is no misunderstanding regarding that. So having, low cost items sent 1 by 1 costs alot extra. If all would be sent in “one go” this additional cost is just paid ones (20 Euros). I often purchase items from other websites and they often do not have all iterms on stock, when ordered, and I then know thatI will wait for the “last” item to arrive on stock before all the items will ship. And that is okay as I will save by this way of “handling” the order. I also expect that this would save also for Conrad on the cost of handling+shipping. Just wanted to point this out. Wrong pricing on invoice ie invoice stated 26.98 euros ...60.88 euros was taken from my account. First part of delivery ok, second items were delayed by one week approx. After near one month I emailed sales the dept (KATRIN WOLBANG) only to be told that the delay will be an extra few weeks....I explained that if they arrived by this date I will NOT cancel and will NOT give negative feedback....However WOLBANG emailed me again asking why I would be giving negative feedback...I explained yet again that I would NOT if the items were delivered as she promised....I asked her not to email me again and waste anymore of my time as the only email I wanted to receive was when the items were delivered...SHE EMAILED ME AGAIN!!!!.......I have now cancelled the order and demand a full refund....As yet I have only given negative feedback to your company,but feel that if this issue is not resolved and apologies given,I will go to social media

Package damaged by poor packing. A transformer of 2.5kg dumped in a box with other goods. Was delayed by UPS because of this. Conrad refused to take action with UPS for clearance.

Worst e retailer experience ever, they sent me a chainsaw in packaging that was ripped and re taped anyone with intelligence in the warehouse could see this was returned by someone else, missing all main parts & customer service will not return my emails. I phoned the head office and they refused to deal with my problem. Still waiting for a response
Actually 1 order was placed , they but it was charred and ship the same items twice, and was both were charged , also each package with one missing item , perhaps was not in stock, kindly refund back the unzipped items

Actually 1 order was replaced , but it was considered as 2 orders , 1st order payment was delayed but automatically was placed and took the money from the sored card at PayPal, also items were missing each order was consist of 2 items , it looks that due to seller on reason send both package with on 1 item, other items were not shipped. what i was expecting different item was delivered but each box with 1 items , I am buying long time no such thing was done before

Order: 2004187843, all items returned but not refunded. Tracking: RI328844760BG shows return parcel successfully delivered to Conrad warehouse. Sent my return details by email on Jan. 25 to customer service, they replied: when we receive your return we will process the refund. But the return has been already received by them many days ago. After I explained them the situation they stoped replying to my emails. This not what I expected from store with such high reputation.

Learn English. Stop using UPS.
I was told delivery would happen "shortly" in the reference line of the respective email; in the email body it turns out that the delivery schedule was 5 days away. A day before schedule I am told I was not at home during their delivery attempt. So I had to go get the parcel from a collection point. Thank you very much.
