Conrad's website failed to mention anything about import tax being payable to the UK when I ordered an item. I contacted Conrad via their online help system about this, but did not receive any acknowledgement or reply.

Thanks for the feedback. Actually all the products are excellent but I have had problems with the shipping to my country. First because they send the order in parts and that generates additional costs when I pick up the packages at UPS, that is exactly what happened with my last order and due to UPS errors I had to pay an additional 100 dollars that I had initially considered, apart from the fact that a tool box came damaged because the grouping in boxes does not have plastic or any material that protects the products. My order contains 10 item, I have received ONE. When ordering nothing was mentioned about these items not being in stock. A very poor service.

The delivery took 5 days longer and risked to be returned because the delivery person was not communicated to UPS. I mentioned "Elöd Kincses" as delivery person (it appears in the order under my account) but your email confirming the shipment only mentions the company name.

You need to include the telephone number of the recipient on the package label. I was also expecting the whole order to be delivered, not in two parts. Apart from that a time efficient delivery to an EU country, and I’m happy I have found a company that sells Hellermanntyton products in small Minimum Quantities. 👍

Packaging arrived broken. Conrad does not take calls from outside Austria. Conrad ask to contact Sales@Conrad.com who does not respond. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER
