The delivery with UPS was terrible. They deliver the product, at anytime from 8 am to 8 pm according to their schedule and if they dont find you, for 3 times they return the product back to the seller. You must wait all Day UPS to delivery. No tel call before no access point to take it by yourself. As a solution was give to delivery the product to my neighbours Pharmacy. I asked them to delivery it after 2pm at any Day and they refused to cooperate, said me that you paid the cheapest delivery service. Is the cheapest delivery service 20 euros for 4 small connectors??? Very dissapointed with that... All the other tasks was Very good.

rudeness on email and inability and unwillingness to assist with lower shipment charges and use other couriers - we have added a note to the Conrad account not to use you except in emergencies as the cost of goods on your site is good but then becomes expensive when you add costs of the shipment. I understand there are rules but your staff neither seemed to care or show any empathy or willingness to come up with a solution

Finding this specific bread maker model on the island was a bit of a mission impossible, with only older models available at significantly higher prices. My discovery of Conrad, a German online store with reasonable shipping rates to Europe, was a game-changer. They listed the bread maker at an unbeatable price of €255, plus €16 for delivery to Cyprus. Initially, the model was out of stock, but Conrad promptly informed me via email, setting a transparent and communicative tone right from the start. Curious about the delivery timeline, I reached out, and their customer service was quick to respond, impressing me with their efficiency. When the bread maker was back in stock, they didn't hesitate to ship it immediately, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. The package arrived at my doorstep just two days later, a feat that I found incredibly impressive for a mere €16 shipping fee. The bread maker itself was in pristine condition, and the bread it produces is nothing short of incredible. I received the package well damaged, with a broken product...

I received the package, I filmed its unboxing, the package being well damaged by the UPS people... the welding machine arrived with a broken fan grill, a sign that it suffered a mechanical shock... from experience I say that the shocks mechanics of inverter type welding machines are not beneficial at all, they are even harmful, they can make them non-functional! To test it functionally, I have not tested it, this being a review at first sight, upon opening the package... I will return with details regarding regarding the functionality of all ordered toys!

VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY CUSTOMER

I very much like the fact that I could communicated with Conrad personal via email. For example there was an issue with my VAT number, I was informed by the relevant Conrad department and the communication continue until the issue was resolved. I very much like also that the product came to me exactly the on time as it was stated into Conrad webpage. The product that I received looks fantastic. This is my first experience with Conrad I will definitely continue to shop with Conrad.

I got my order, but In-time courier delivered poorly

I got my order. The items are good, no issues were found. The "In-Time" courier representing UPS in Bulgaria delivered poorly as they delayed my order with 4 days due to missed phone number and they didn't make the effort to write me an email for almost a week asking me for this detail. So that can definitely be improved. They marked my order as failed ONLY AFTER I called them to ask what's going on with my order!

I came across Conrad's by accident on the WWW. I am glad I did. What a company to deal with. Professionalism personified. Prices are unbelievable, it would be a lot better if I was VAT registered in Ireland, but I have retired. Communication and customer service was second to none. Delivery way before estimated time. I have orderred by mistake wrong profuct , I have niciced than immediately snd tried to stop prosess & stop shipping. I do not sucseed and shipin arrived before any response from conrads customer service. This lead extra cost to me & conrad. Also useless enviromental emissions from extra transports. Hope to get my shipping costs back = 10€

You should not ship without speaking with your client when not all materials are in stock. You should please ask first your buyer if he wants goods in one go or partial shipments.
