BAD EXPERIENCE WITH UPS, AS USUAL
As usual, UPS are terrible when it comes to service & competence. Delivery required a signature, parcel was left at front door before i could open it. Driver was back in van and actually drove away as I was talking to him. RUDE. Checked online to find it was accepted by "Mike" - funny, he didn't get a name or signature FROM ANYONE.
AVOID THIS BUNCH OF INCOMPETENT MORONS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

You should charge for any duty to be paid at the point of purchase not surprise customers with a bill at the door.
Even after paying the duty via phone the delivery person was still asking for the funds and demanded proof I'd paid, The payment via phone wasn't great either, they provide a telephone number to call and then transfer you to what appears an overseas contact. DPS just as bad obviously.

Well, packing & general things were good, but I requested that you mention that the contents are " Railway modelling articles", which in fact they were, it could have saved me a few bucks in customs. Besides my cell no. was also missing from the address on the package. This also I told UPS in Delhi to do after clearance, they were un responsive besides charging me considerable amount towards clearance.

Ordering experience is 100% excellent. Shipment as per the dates mentioned in the website ordering. Shipped by UPS to Bangalore and reached in just 3-4 days. Within India it takes 2-3 days for delivery. But its amazing by UPS service. Its great service and very excellent product when it come to quality & packing, Overall, Conrad is very professional & would 100% recommended.

Amazing Service and some of the best prices online
I had an amazing experience ordering my pc casing with Conrad. Their prices were competitive and the shipping fees were amongst the best I've come across. It took only 1 week after placing my order for it to arrive safely to me in the Seychelles more than 4 thousand miles away. Thumps up to them. Will definitely be ordering from Conrad again,

Conrad good, UPS not so
Service from Conrad was efficient. Unfortunately the only choice of courier was not so good. UPS claimed they tried to deliver. They did not. Someone was in the entire day and no attempt was made to deliver. Further, the only was to control the delivery was to download their app. I do not want another app cluttering up my phone and selling on my personal data. Please provide other alternatives for shipping.
