The package was "missplaced" by the delivery company but Customer Service at Lovevery was very helpful and arranged it so I received my package in less than 48h.
The product arrived in perfect conditions and we are already ussing it with my 3 months old baby. I bought the play mat and the Sensory Strands accesory which I am not using at the moment, I think it is too soon for my baby, he is not able to reach but I hope I use it soon.
Would be better if the web site was automatically in english and not spanish language. The delivery service was not good, would prefer the option to choose a delivery service company because if I must pay an extra 10€ for delivery I except it to be good (at least to call me before delivery and not just drop by and wake my baby with the doorbell everyime). The products are good but a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Great toys and best customer support
Not only that my Kids love all the playkits and it perfectly fits their current interests, I also have to say that Lovevery has the best customer support I have seen so far. They really read and understand your problems and come back with a solution (e.g. We lost a small piece of one play kit and they ordered for me new ones).

The kits are of very good quality, offer variety and are adjusted to the age of the child. You can see them developing their skills through the way they approach each toy at the beginning and towards the end of the trimester
