I (and my two daughters) absolutely LOVE the books and the play kits! The quality and durability of the toys, the way kids explore and adore them, the way they learn, the themes of the books, how the books help them go through key milestones, etc.
Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so I probably can't afford the subscription any more... I suggest that they offer other cheaper alternatives: subscription to only book bundles, a "reduced-play-kit" subscription (with boxes with fewer items), etc.

- J'ai reçu une ancienne version du paquet. J'ai fait une réclamation afin de recevoir les nouveaux jeux. Ils m'ont donc crée sans mon accord un nouvel abonnement et m'ont envoyé une facture avec les jeux manquants.

I haven’t receive the order, it has been 10 days. I wrote them a message, no answer. In my account on the website I cannot view details of the order. No tracking details, nada. I am very dissapointed with the lack of communication.

Unfortunately, I have not yet received the ordered item and have not even been notified of its shipment. Customer support is unresponsive. I am perplexed, as I have expended nearly 200 euros and anticipated a vastly superior standard of customer service.

Never got the shipment.
Wrote 2 different emails to the support Team that Paypal took the old address the moment I paid (right away on Sunday, got replies on Monday or Tue night and, in fact, it was shipped later) but got 2 separate emails saying that shipments can not be changed or stopped.
Not sure what to do to get my Wood Block set to the right address (preffered) or get money back, at l3ast.
