The package was "missplaced" by the delivery company but Customer Service at Lovevery was very helpful and arranged it so I received my package in less than 48h.
The product arrived in perfect conditions and we are already ussing it with my 3 months old baby. I bought the play mat and the Sensory Strands accesory which I am not using at the moment, I think it is too soon for my baby, he is not able to reach but I hope I use it soon.
Would be better if the web site was automatically in english and not spanish language. The delivery service was not good, would prefer the option to choose a delivery service company because if I must pay an extra 10€ for delivery I except it to be good (at least to call me before delivery and not just drop by and wake my baby with the doorbell everyime). The products are good but a bit overpriced in my opinion.
I didn’t receive my order yet but an email to rate my order??? Also no answer from customer service !!!

Never got the shipment.
Wrote 2 different emails to the support Team that Paypal took the old address the moment I paid (right away on Sunday, got replies on Monday or Tue night and, in fact, it was shipped later) but got 2 separate emails saying that shipments can not be changed or stopped.
Not sure what to do to get my Wood Block set to the right address (preffered) or get money back, at l3ast.
