An item was never delivered, the Wooden Cylinders. Although I keep on writing to the customer services since 31 August (my order took place on 20 August) i have not received any feedback yet. I am deeply disappointed in Lovevery, so far my experience with them was positive, but if I do not receive any feedback why the Wooden Cylinders have not arrived I will suspend my prescription with them, even the toys are great. My order was showed shipped, and delivered on 23 August. Which is partially true, as those 3 items which were not even showed to be shipped, arrived without the Wooden sound cylinders which were the only items about which i received a message that were shipped. I hope at least i receive an answer why I have not received them yet.

SON UNOS INCOMPETENTES ME ENVIARON EL PRIMER PEDIDO SIN INCIDENCIAS. LLEGA EL SEGUNDO Y SOLO HE TENIDO PROBLEMAS. ME LO ENVIARON UNA VEZ, GLS LO DEVUELVEN DE NUEVO A ELLOS POR FALTA DE DOCUMENTACIÓN ADUANERA. CONTACTO CON ELLOS PARA VER QUÉ SOLUCIÓN ME DAN, SOLICITO QUE ME LO VUELVAN A ENVIAR YA QUE ME INTERESAN LOS JUGUETES, DE NUEVO EL MISMO PROBLEMA, GLS SE LOS DEVUELVE POR FALTA DE DOCUMENTACIÓN ADUANERA. LLEVO DOS SEMANAS INTENTANDO PONERME EN CONTACTO CON ELLOS PARA QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO PORQUE YA NI LOS JUGUETES QUIERO Y ES IMPOSIBLE, NO RESPONDEN A LOS CORREOS NI A LOS FORMULARIOS DE CONTACTO DE NINGUNA MANERA. QUIERO QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO!!

De momento la experiencia no ha sido buena. Compre el producto el día 4 de septiembre y todavía no lo he recibido. Por favor pueden ponerse en contacto conmigo al 650109551 y darme una explicación de la tardanza. Este producto es para un regalo y quisiera saber cuando lo voy a recibir, al realizar la compra me aseguraron que llegaría en unos 5 días y ya han transcurrido 11 y sigo sin el producto. Además especifique en el momento de la compra que debían ponerse en contacto conmigo al teléfono arriba indicado para evitar confusiones. Espero una respuesta por su parte

Don't assume it's a subscription when account hasn't been set-up correctly. Respond to complaint and don't take money from account 3 weeks after original order. Acknowledge and respond to complaints. Completely unacceptable

One Playkit had a delay of 1,5 months and the customer service did not respond to me (we paid in advance). It’s an absolute no-go and not very trustworthy.

Customer service response is very slow and constantly making delivery mistakes. It has been so annoying I have to pay VAT and paid the many back.

The book I ordered was packed in a unsuitable box that caused the book to be crushed during transport. They charged me double shipping for ordering two things and yet they couldn’t pack them properly. Awful experience.

All my support tickets in the last year have gone unanswered. All I ever got was an acknowledgement that you have received my email/request.

I have sent you a few emails regardind my problem with this orser, you did not respond. Customer support does not exist for you?

Je n'ai pas encore reçu mon kit commende le 22 juillet. J'ai écris trois fois à l'équipe, personne m'a répondu.

What happened to my order? Where is it it? What is the status? I placed the order 13 days ago!!!

Still did not recived my play mat! It was ordered ob july 16. Today is august 20.

The return and cancellation is exhaustive . The prducts are very expensive.
