Quick and very friendly, however expensive and unfortunately not possibly to completely fulfill my request

Play kits are great! I love everything about them: the materials the toys are made from, the toys selection, the play guide and even the presentation on the box, it is exciting opening it with my kid. My not so good experiences are due to the customer service. If you make a question, they take days to answer back. The first time I contacted them, they spend more than a week on replying.

I (and my two daughters) absolutely LOVE the books and the play kits! The quality and durability of the toys, the way kids explore and adore them, the way they learn, the themes of the books, how the books help them go through key milestones, etc. Unfortunately, they are quite expensive, so I probably can't afford the subscription any more... I suggest that they offer other cheaper alternatives: subscription to only book bundles, a "reduced-play-kit" subscription (with boxes with fewer items), etc.

👍 Top Quality: Excellent quality of the toys and very good tips on how to use the to interact with your baby. 👎 Slow Delivery: Delivery was on the slow side (around 5 working days). 👎 Slow Support: It took the agent at least 48 hours to answer each one of my messages. I had to follow up in more than one occasion. On the upside, the responses were useful as they helped to resolve the issue.

we are so happy with Lovevery and their play kits! the service is good and we love playing with the toys. when we still haven't given the last star, it's because we feel that you could be a LITTLE more flexible in your approach to a special agreement if, for example, you want to buy everything at once. And there are quite a few things you cannot buy in EU countries.

I loved the play kit and the quality of the things. I didn’t like the ups delay because I paid 13€ for it and also the fact that my play kit box , which I planned to store for a second child was uses for transportation and is full of stickers and small damage.

I absolutely love how the toys look and feel, they are high quality, I do feel a little over priced, or maybe just over my budget, so I won't be able to maintain a subscription. I will purchase again when I feel the playkit matches our needs and can afford it!

Pre-sale and customer support went great, I am not giving the 5th star just because the delivery is taking longer than expected (it should have taken 3-5 days, but it's been 10 days since I placed my order, and I haven't received it yet)

Wir haben ein Ersatzteil für ein Produkt benötigt. Der Service war super und ging sehr schnell. Der Versand hat leider etwas lange gebraucht, bis es aus dem Lager rausgegangen ist. Aber insgesamt ist trotzdem alles fein 👍

It’s so nice not having to think about what toys are interesting for the development of my child. We don’t have a hoge amount of toys scattered around the house and my son can focus onnolay for a long time.

I love all the details and my baby loves to lay under the playbow, but the material of the layground gets very easy full of dust and hairs. I have to clean it very offen with a sticky brush.

The quality of the product is excellent. Customer Service is good but could be faster. Pity they do not have a telephone number to call.

Most of it is excellent, just the way the dust gets collected on the mat is enormous. I dust every day and the mat is still full of it..
