Rýchle doručenie tovaru, profesionálna a príjemná komunikácia. Predajca v obchode na Miletičovej v BA veľmi ochotný a príjemný. Batoh Ospray 👍 a v neposlednom rade výborná cena. Ďakujem.
I received a wrong item (in different color than I ordered). Luckily my sister is OK with it so I will keep it, but if it was me I would return it. But the shipping was fast, that was nice. Oh and about communication - I have only received one email confirming my purchase, nothing more about expedition and so. I also somehow subscribed for newsletters, which I voluntarily did not do. I've been wondering if this practice is even legal. So therefore the low rating - fast shipping, but overall disappointing. Thank you.

Shooos did not notify me before closing early
I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstock shoes for pick-up on Friday, 18th August. I arrived at 16:00 in front of the store to pick them up, but it closed early without notifying me. I had a flight early the next day so I could not pick up the shoes. I tried calling Shooos on 3 different numbers but no one picked up.

Never received my order and when I contacted them about it they just sent me an email saying I should just order it again to which I replied that they don’t have the size on the website anymore. I didn’t get a reply to this day. Very disappointed, won’t be ordering again.
