Travel Sim works quite well for both phone calls and data when in the UK and in European countries. The data packs in the UK and Europe are also reasonably competitive. Unfortunately you still are unable to make phone calls in Australia with the closure of the 3 G network. Travel Sim are yet to come up with a solution. The 3 G network has been closed for quite some time, so it is disappointing.

I had difficulty navigating your web site to ONLY top up my account. It would only display a web page which included the purchase of a card as well as top up.Only after many efforts did I refer to FAQ and there in one of the questions was a link that opened the necessary web page. we did have a problem with Phone and Text in USA this year and response was pretty average e.g. we have problem with local telco .. use data.

I like everything - service, quality, etc., except 2 things:
1) Can use airtime credit for paying data packages any more (it used to be possible, but now there is no option to do this);

The support is responsive but the problem has not been solved. I tried to purchase an eSim with my usual company VISA card that I used before but this time it doesn't work. The team insisted I need to use another credit card which is very inconvenient since this is a purchase for the company. I had to use my own other card. The team wrote they didn't find any problem but how come the VISA card keeps being stuck at the verifying / authorisation page. Please double check next time since I used the same card before and it worked.

Did not have 100% coverage on phone calls in some areas of Italy but I had 100% data coverage in areas that I went to in Greece, Montenegro, Croatia, Malta and Italy.
