Great customer service from Fatboy. I had an issue with a broken part on my hammock which was in warranty. The customer service team couldn't have been more helpful. Immediately sent a replacement part which arrived a few days later. Super polite and fast communication. Highly recommend.

Super once set up but quite difficult to instal. Especially if you're doing it alone. I really love the product but I find it difficult to build the tent, set the poles in the ground (especially if you're not on soft ground like sand or gravel) before adding the tarp. It's a great product, but d'ont expect to build it on your own if there's wind.

I purchased Fatboy Rock 'n Roll & Original Outdoor Beanbag. When I first saw the Fatboy Rock 'n Roll chair and Original Outdoor beanbag in photos, they looked incredibly comfortable, and I couldn't wait for them to arrive. The Positives Build Quality: The materials are excellent and feel very durable. Setup: The assembly process was stable and straightforward. The Reality However, so far, the comfort level hasn't met my expectations. The beanbag is quite high and firm; you can't just sit down and relax instantly. Every time I use it, I have to manually adjust and "prep" the beanbag to find a position that feels even remotely natural. Main issues I've encountered: - unintuitive seating: you can’t simply walk up and sit down; it requires a lot of manoeuvring to get settled; - lack of support: there is no proper neck or head support, making it difficult to lean back comfortably. Ergonomics: My legs don't rest naturally on the ground while sitting. Final Thoughts I’m hoping I’ll eventually get the hang of it, but honestly, if I had known this beforehand, I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase.

A lovely simply designed sun screen. neatly packaged, love the colours - the magnetic tent poles are awesome. easy to use. Need to find out how to make it work on a pebbly beach but I'm sure we can make it work!

Great quality mattress, but I’m concerned about the long term durability of the frame for the hammock as the “fit” of the tubes is quite loose and there is a lot of movement in the frame when the hammock is in use.

We love the delivery box – big, fat and excellent for kids to build a tiny house to play in all day :) And the fatboy does its job perfectly by being a monster-cussion to read books to them.

We have a new dog and bought a new DoggieLounge for her. Delivery was quick and the pouf is nice, as always. I did like the quality and the possibility of using it on both sides of the old one better (stonewash cotton quality; I now have Olefin Rock Grey), but the quality of the FatBoy Doggie pouf is much better than any of the ones you can buy in a regular pet store (at least in Portugal) so we are super happy with it. My outdoor beanbag+chair is exactly I was looking for, my new favourite slot to relax, read a book or do nothing. It is a rock roll indeed

The lounge chair is comfortable. The only issue is that we can’t seem to keep the backrest in the most upright position—it still feels a bit too low even when fully adjusted. Otherwise, the installation was quick and easy, and the cider color is nicely toned down and not too bright.

Everything superb, fast shipping, price was a little to high for just a cable. Main Con is that the lamp (Sdison the petit) only charges with original cable. YOu can't use generic cable even if power adapter is original.

Product is good but was charged £10.20 + vat for express delivery to be delivered on the 17th July. Item delivered on the 20th which is disappointing as it was bought as a gift and the birthday was in the 19th

Although I liked the material, the form and the colour it was almost impossible to inflate it normally also after checking the tutorial. And since I need to inflate and deflate it a lot because of space i needed to return it. So so sad, since I was very enthusiastic about them.

The order arrived quickly. I like the fabric and the look of the hammock. The stand is not very sturdy, it wobbles and clanks, causing the hammock to sag too much. The price and quality don't quite match overall.

Love the Fatboy Edison and petite lights - great for the outdoor table and patio. Look fantastic.

The products are easy to assemble and the quality is great. The only one that didn't last long was the Pensol. The hinge broke and it doesn't stand straight anymore. So a thing to improve would be the Pensol´s hinges.
