As I have a VAT number I shouldn't have to pay VAT on the string I buy. However, to achieve this creates a very complicated procedure from TennisPro compared to other EU websites. Even though I went through this procedure I still got charged VAT! Website should be able to handle the fact that I have a VAT number and set the VAT due to zero.

I ordered NIKE NEW BALANCE 996 V5 PARIS CLAY COURT SHOES 41,5 tennis shoes with order no 500201740, but instead, you sent me the white shoes NIKE 8MM. Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. One week ago L sent back the error delivery and despite sending you 2 e-mails asking when I would get my order I did not receive any information. I am very disappointed by your service I deeply regret that i placed oredr to your company, Andrzej Klimpel

Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. It has been 10 days that I placed the order and still haven’t received any mail about shipment and my order in my account is stuck on processing mode!I also sent an email asking for details about the delay and got no reply!plus they changed the order date to 18/09 which is completely incorrect because I placed the order on the 10th of Sept.

Until i had to restring a raquet it was all ok. I bought many things and 2 raquets (RF Pro staff) When i send tye first one for restringing it came back wrong (oposite cross&main) i paid 78€+15€postage. Then i bought a second raquet and menrioned to be stringed “right” and not to have it wrong again,their customer service reply ofcourse we will. note this and they apologise for the previous mistake.I received the raquet and again was wrong stringed (gut on crosses luxilon on mains, i requested the oposite)Then i complained again they accepted their 2nd mistake (on expensive set of strings champions choice duo ) and they asked me what i would like to get as compensation. Then i asked a free restringing (parts and labour) for their second mistake because the raquet is new and unused. and on my next order i would apreciate if i would be charged only for the parts (strings etc) and that they should cover the labour . The reply i got was that they can offer me a 10% discount on my next order. This is a joke because i paid for a new raquet nearly 400 euro and for a previous wrong stringing and i demanded to speak to a higher position representative…after 2 days i got no reply to my email and here is my review. So conclusion :If you want to buy things they are ok , If you want to have a “professional” restringing then sorry but No.

Please note that we acknowledged this error and we were willing to meet you halfway in order to find a solution that would be beneficial to both parties. You asked us to pay for your next stringing services for your racket, as well as the next postage and customisation. We then offered you a counterproposal where we were willing to offer you: 10% off your next order, postage to the amount of 15€ for you to send us your racket as well as free stringing services for your next order. false shipping claims

their website says they ship within 1-2 days maximum, but in reality it's more than 5 days. they should not claim that they ship within 24 hours if they cannot fulfill this promise. the order tracking system is also not clear, the order is marked as "complete" when what they mean is that it's "shipped". Complete should mean "delivered". It's been 2 weeks now and i still haven't received my order. The only reason why i ordered here was because they promised to ship fast. I should have bought in a mall or retail shop instead, i would have had it already when i needed it.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

My order was damaged. I returned it and asked for an exchange for an undamaged product. I communicated with Berryll who is very unprofessional. The goods were returned to the manufacturer for comment, still no response. From Berryll's communication, it seems that tennisproeu has distanced itself from the defective product, despite having sold it to me. The defective product is clearly visible according to the photo. Berryll did not even reply to my last email. the worst expierence ever.SHAME!

They accept the returns but payment is up to you

They accept the returns, but payment is yours to make and when I paid for a fedex label it took them over a week to respond and tell me I can’t return that way either. Luckily I went to the post office before hearing back. If I would have waited for their response I would have missed my return window. Once product was received there was no problem with them initiating the return. It just takes more work than other businesses I normally purchase from.

Poor return service

I was really disappointed that I have to pay the whole shipping costs for the return from Germany to France. Other dealers do it for free. On top the return process was very complicated and old school with a form that has to be filled out per hand. There are a lot more convenient options to handle this process. I was satisfied in the past but this was my first return and a bad experience. So this was my last oder with Tennispro.eu

Good shop but return process is disappointing

Delivery process and prices were very good, but return process is not free of charge, which is a standard nowadays with other online-shops, so I was disappointed and probably will not order anymore unless it is a product, where I am sure, I will not have to return it.

stringing service is awful

Hi, I'm dissapointed in stringing service that was made to my babolat pure aero RAFA edition. Right after the 1st time I played with my new racquet, the stings went bad. Please look at the photo.

Slow delivery, costly returns

Firstly delivery is so slow. Over a week for an item from Mainland Europe to Ireland!! Secondly, the cost of returns negates any benefit in using the site. Most major retailers have free or low cost returns. €15 to return an item when added to the €7.90 to have it delivered means I won’t use the site again. Lots of other suppliers out there with better or no cost options.

They charged me extra for more strings, but their system did not show it at first. Very disappointing and it took 2 weeks for customer service to ship the product. Long delay cause their system did not calculate the correct string amount needed. Customer service was unprofessional and just ignored my concerns with the delays.

Good morning, We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding our stringing service. You had ordered a 6-meter string instead of the full 12 meters needed to string your racquet. Some customers prefer to use two 6-meter strings which is why our system allowed your order to be placed. Our customer service team notified you of the issue the day after receiving your order, but we did not receive your response until 5 days later. Shipping is appallingly slow

Delivery. Ordered over a week ago and still not arrived. Understand that shipping is out of the control of Tennis Pro but I would expect items to be delivered in under a week. Meant to arrive 3 days ago according to UPS and no update, nothing! Very disappointing

Returns are a nightmare. Hard to find how to do it on their site. Obsolete phone numbers. Had to email to get a label i had paid €15 for to return shoes for a different size. Had to email them again to organise collection. Too hard.
