As I have a VAT number I shouldn't have to pay VAT on the string I buy. However, to achieve this creates a very complicated procedure from TennisPro compared to other EU websites. Even though I went through this procedure I still got charged VAT! Website should be able to handle the fact that I have a VAT number and set the VAT due to zero.

I ordered NIKE NEW BALANCE 996 V5 PARIS CLAY COURT SHOES 41,5 tennis shoes with order no 500201740, but instead, you sent me the white shoes NIKE 8MM. Please correct your mistake and send me the tennis shoes that I have ordered and paid invoice no 23206220. One week ago L sent back the error delivery and despite sending you 2 e-mails asking when I would get my order I did not receive any information.
