The cables of my multipress were worn out. The first contact is of course the manufacturer. Unfortunately, communication with them turned out to be quite complicated, as the old cables had to be sent in first and it needed to be checked whether a new acquisition would be possible. So I kept looking and came across Drahtseile24 de. The order was quite straightforward. Common payment methods are offered. The delivery was quite quick, considering the length needed to be customized individually. During installation, I unfortunately found that it's better to dismantle the cables to measure them. Lucky mistake..the cables were too long. So I contacted Drahtseile for an inquiry. Immediate feedback, the cables can be sent in and adjusted for a small fee. From postal drop-off to re-delivery took exactly one week. Completely uncomplicated. From me, they get a full score and a clear recommendation 👌

Very good homepage, you can easily configure, order and pay for everything. The delivery came quickly, a candy in the bag was a nice touch. The wire and the associated parts work very well for our use, even though the size couldn't be properly imagined. The wire could have been thinner, it is VERY stable, a real wire that does something, the ends were smaller than anticipated but fit and serve their purpose. If I ever need something similar again, I will order here again and can only highly recommend the company.

Stainless steel cables 6 mm with cable tensioners, shackles, and deck plates ordered for bracing a carport. The delivery was on time, complete, and well packaged. The product makes a stable impression and is well manufactured - no burrs, no sharp edges, and no other defects. Very helpful were the consistently listed load specifications and test reports, as well as the technical sketches with all dimensions in the webshop. Very gladly again.

I stumbled upon this site by chance, and it was fortunate because I needed equipment to lift tree trunks, hence this cable to wrap around the trunk. The cable is of very good quality, as is the pulley. The delivery was very fast. I thank the team of cablesacier24, which is not based in Dordogne but in Germany. I absolutely recommend this site and its team.

The delivery was super fast. I received the constant information about the delivery status very positively. Thanks for the excellent performance. Suggestion for improvement: The ferrule was too small and initially did not fit over the bolt on the gate. It could have been one size larger. I widened it a bit with a round chisel and then it fit. Perhaps the ferrule size should be specified as a separate ordering criterion. Regards Erwin Reinl

Besides the excellent product quality, I was impressed by the extremely competent telephone advice before the purchase. The lady even took the time to watch a short YouTube video I suggested to understand what I wanted to technically implement at home. In times of fast online purchases without any contact person, Drahtseile24.de makes exactly the crucial difference without waiting time on the phone and without annoying long AI messages. That's how service is done!

Incredible service! Exceptional treatment! Shipping immediately after order, not after payment. Unbeatable low price, plus free shipping! (How do those from Drahtseile24 do it?) Well packaged, friendly note included, and then also a sweet treat... I am amazed. The shopping at Drahtseile24 was one of the highlights of this year. Truly remarkable, and what is written here is not exaggerated. I can only highly recommend this seller - and am considering if I can string a rope somewhere else... :-)

Great wire system for hanging - here for our rather heavy lamp, which we made from a log we found in the water. It's great that you can hang it up so well and securely, and everything was adjustable in length! Only the delivery took longer than stated. But that might have been due to the mail.

Everything was perfect as ordered and arrived on time. The material is first-class and robust. Considering the price, this material is worth its money. And you can order exactly what you need, not a hodgepodge like on many Amazon/Temu etc. websites, where you have too much of one thing and too little of another. Highly recommended!

Without shipping fees, the small package with the two pull cords for the garage door opener arrived in the promised time. It also included a seemingly personal greeting card from the owner and a candy.\nThe ropes fit perfectly, grommet and end sleeve are professionally worked. The door runs again! I am very satisfied🤙🤙

Huge selection and fair prices. Delivery took three days, but it did have to be made to the exact length I ordered first. Even so, it arrived surprisingly quickly. The wire ropes are intended to take the weight off a shelf on the wall that holds a PC. The measurements are spot on and the quality is excellent. I was very happy with my order. You don’t need wire ropes all the time, but I’ll definitely be ordering my next ones from here again.

Huge assortment and fair prices. Shipping took 3 days, but the product had to be manufactured in the ordered length first. Still, it went amazingly fast. The steel cables are intended to relieve a shelf on the wall on which a PC is placed. The dimensions fit perfectly and the quality is excellent. I was very pleased with the order. Although you don't constantly need steel cables, the next ones I'll order here again.

Goods were delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the tracking was not displayed correctly as the shipment was supposed to arrive in the morning and when the time came, it referred to delivery at the end of the workday. This has nothing to do with the goods and processing as they were very good. So, thumbs up all around.

Everything very well described. Good quality, even a bag of Haribo gummy bears was in the package. Unfortunately, the tension cord does not fit after all, because the existing hooks do not hold properly, and the cord is too short for the ultimately correct hooks … My fault.

The quick and correct shipment was accompanied by a personal note and a small gift (candy), which made a very good impression on me. The ordered turnbuckle, which is of high quality, I have already successfully used to tension a perforated strip that should hold a lifting system to the floor. Overall a very pleasant contact and apparently a supplier who is passionate about the business!

Very well structured shop. Everything needed to make a cable pressing as well as the corresponding products and choices at a glance. You are systematically guided to the right result. I found everything here to carry out my project. Very gladly again. Also a bit cheaper than the hardware store, not to mention the selection. I can only recommend this platform.

Very good follow-up from order to delivery The product meets my request, and the short lead time announced was respected. This cable is in anticipation of a break in one of the existing cables on my garage door. If it satisfies me in use, I will not hesitate to contact you to order a new one, always in anticipation. Sincerely Pierre Boissellier

The delivery was quick and straightforward. Unfortunately, the response to my inquiry regarding the correct choice of the item (cable cross-section etc.) was not as fast as advertised on the website. I also would have liked a slightly more detailed answer. Since I had decided on a cable cross-section myself in the meantime and had already placed the order, I refrained from further inquiry. Additionally, it is not clear to a layperson in what combination cable cross-section and quick connectors are delivered, so I had to purchase smaller quick connectors separately. Even though there are many remarks, I am otherwise satisfied with the performance and have gladly given 4 stars.
