The speed of the delivery was exceptional, precisely as I requested. The recipient was more than pleased and sent me a picture to show how beautiful the flowers were. I had some minor difficulty with a previous order (the flowers and champagne were merely left in front of the recipients' door without knocking or ringing the bell, despite both people being at home) and I emailed Euroflorist to complain. This time the gifts were handed directly to the recipients. This only goes to show that Euroflorist heeds your concerns and attempts to make improvements. Very, very pleased this time.

I ordered a flower bouquet from your website for my friend’s birthday, but I was very disappointed with the quality of the service. The flower wrapping was not done properly and looked cheap and messy. The birthday card was just a piece of paper with no design or message. I expected a more professional and personalized service from you. Moreover, I did not receive any confirmation or tracking information about my order. I had no idea when or if the flowers were delivered. This made me very anxious and frustrated. I think you need to improve your customer service and communication skills. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. Thank you.

Not always what you expect, but they try.

Ordering your product over the Internet is very simple. It was delivered when promised. However, I have ordered your product three times now and each time it does not match the illustration picture presented when ordering. I’m not sure if you can do anything about this as there are many different flowers and not all are available in every florist shop. Perhaps present a simpler picture\sample in order to have the actual product surpass the picture in quality and presentation. I will use your services again in the future with a better understanding of what to expect.

Kindly note, that the pictures you can find on our website are example pictures. The delivered flower arrangements can differ from those example pictures in appearance and amount of flowers, depending on the season and inventory of the local florist. If a certain flower is not available, it is replaced by a flower with a similar colour and shape. The local florists are always delivering arrangements that look as much as possible like the example picture online, and at all times match the flower value paid. Since floristic is a craft in which every florist incorporates their own creativity, every flower arrangement is unique. Excellent service

Ordered these flowers online for my brother and sister in law in Germany (I’m in UK). Website was easy to use with a good choice. Delivery date was easily selected. On the day of delivery the flowers arrived on time and were a lovely bunch. If ordering flowers for Germany again in the future I will definitely use euroflorist. Great service, lovely flowers

Reasonably priced flowers, excellent next day delivery and good customer service. I was contacted by the florist to say that my choice of blooms was unavailable but they would endeavour to provide as good a bouquet as they could. They also offered me 20% off my next purchase. The recipient was delighted with the bouquet. Highly recommend.

This is about the 5th time i have used…Excellent service and quality!

This is about the 5th time i have used the service of Euroflorist and i can highly recommend them. They always deliver ontime and the quality of the flowers and flroists selected whichever country you send from is exceptional. I live in Switzerland and often send flowers abroad and i have not been disappointed.

Large, fresh, beautiful bouquet, just as the picture advertised and as was delivered. Arrived on time mid day, so nice not to be delivered by DHL but a nice smiling friendly face. Thank You...I'd like to know the name of the florist in Karlsruhe if possible please.

Good arrangement

Nice flower arrangement even if the “”large” size was a bit smaller than I had hoped for. Plus the flower variety was a bit less than I’d imagined. Delivery was also a day late. But, overall, it was a good arrangement & the recipient seemed pleased.

I love that they use the "local" florist. Gives everyone some work & really cuts on long delivery times & cuts pollution. Flowers were superb & instructions followed. Will never use anyone else for my flower deliveries in Germany

The flowers were really beautiful and delivered exactly when we wanted them to arrive. It would have been nice to receive a picture of the flowers when they were dispatched so that we knew what was being delivered.

Cannot give opinion as gift has not yet been delivered and is not due for delivery till 26 august. Also till flowers are delivered I have no idea what they look like and rely on recipient to tell me.
