En Europa es la mejor tienda donde he comprado. La atención post-venta es de lo mejor, están pendiente de solucionar y responder lo antes posible cualquier inconveniente que se tenga y constantemente mandan mail para saber si algo más requiere. Lo digo por experiencia propia. Confío en esta tienda y es mi favorita. Compro con envío a Chile y Austria y todo llega muy bien embalado. Además tienen todo las marcas y productos favoritos que me gustan.

Bad experience When I booked the order it showed the watches were available and will ship in 1-3 days. After the 4th day I contacted the store and they tell me that the watches are no available and they are no clear when they would be available. This is not a good way to do business.

URGENT-Order number: DE-2213527 - product complaint Dear R2 Since, even after contacting you again, I have not received any response from you to my complaint of 4/10/2024, I will buy new tires from another, I believe, more business-correct dealer, and I unconditionally request a refund of the purchase costs for the purchased item CHALLENGE Strada Bianca Pro 28" |. 700 x 40C TLR tires Item number: 52453. Please arrange the matter immediately and refund the purchase costs. I really wouldn't want to use the other type of legal remedies available to me and share my displeasure on social media. Made an order over a week ago, still waiting for the delivery. There is an item out of stock which is cause all the delays however when I did the order the e item was showing in stock. I would have preferred the shop to send me the available items first and then the last one when it will be available again.

One item in your order was shown with a short delivery time from our supplier. Unfortunately there was a delay caused by the supplier. The missing item is back in stock. Not ideal

An order I placed is suddenly much delayed because one of the items is not in stock and takes way longer to restock. This results in the complete order being delayed or I'd have to pay extra for separate shipments. It annoys me that I'm simply notified that's way it is; I don't think that's how you should treat a customer that pays in advance for a service a company says to deliver. The responsibility and 'pressure' for handling the situation should be on the party that's being paid. I understand how the world works, that R2's hands are tied, that there's small print and that I can always cancel if I feel like it, but all this shifts responsibility to the customer. I haven't had time yet, but I'll be canceling my order shortly and order from another supplier.

This order hasn't been shipped yet because of an out of stock item. At the time of ordering it stated "1-3 days delay", something that I was ok with. However, today is 7 days later and r2-bike have no idea when it will be available, the customer service confirms that.

It took 14 days for finally delivery. I had to ask what was going on because I didn't get any sign of delay. And on the site for ordering days it should be on stock. So 2 stars in discount. The tires are beautiful and good fitting on my speed pedelec.

Thank you for your feedback. We shipped your order in less than 1 day. For the EU shipping with DHL we state a delivery time of 2-6 business days. Yours was delivered in 5 days. If you need a faster shipping you can try UPS which is often a bit faster. For most the items we offer DHL Express shipping too. Best regards r2bike

Product availability- needs improvement

The product showed in stock on the website, I was later informed the shipping would be delayed with an unknown ETA. The only reason I ordered this product was the availability “in stock”. I am an online shopper from Canada and assumed a German product could be available if I ordered from a German online store. The availability of the product could use some enhancements, especially if I am paying the premium for international shipping and VAT fees.

Very expensive component charges from UK customs

Great service and fast delivery but my order arrived in the UK and I was charged for VAT 20% which I was aware, no problem for that but I was charged £21 imported tax which on the website said it will be levied also Parcel Force charged me £ 12 for administration fees. I was very disappointed because I could get my order in UK from Sigma sport for £23 cheaper. The R 2 BIKE should make aware people in UK for the extra charges.

Thank you for your feedback. We sent international orders always without VAT. That means you have to pay customs fees at the import country. These contain the VAT and in most cases a customs duty.
