Very good shopping experience compared to other major bike shops,
I think I will ask for a quote for parts again, first from R2Bike.
They offer the possibility of adding items to an existing order,
without additional shipping costs. They respond to inquiries quickly and simply,
unlike the formal-template responses of some other bike shops.

Best shop to look for bike components and great customer support
This is my second time i buy in this shop. Mostly what i like about this shop:
- Customer support. I had an issue with my first order, they were very professional about that issue;
- Big selection of components. All the components i need are here and i am picky;
- Good pricing. The prices are pretty good comparing to bike24 or bike-disccount and also the delivery price is lower.

There was a serious problem with my order initially. The parts were wrong, even though the boxes were sealed. When I told them about my problem, they were quick to resolve it and sent me the correct parts. Within a few days I received the correct parts.
