Good prices and good website with all product information provided. The weight of each product is very welcome feature. I would like a bit faster reply to my questions. Also the DHL economy express shipping option has the same delivery time as the "cheap" economy service. Please negotiate with DHL. Your competitors are offering the "real" DHL express option (next day delivery) for the same price.

There was a serious problem with my order initially. The parts were wrong, even though the boxes were sealed. When I told them about my problem, they were quick to resolve it and sent me the correct parts. Within a few days I received the correct parts. For the return of the bad ones, they made it very simple. Despite the initial problem which was certainly not their fault, they resolved the problem very quickly. Thanks a lot

I really appreciate that R2 posts real weights for nearly every item they sell. This is more truthful than the manufacture specified weight. In addition, prices are competitive, and inventory and selection are really good! Even if Bike-Discount is a few dollars less, I will still purchase from R2 because I appreciate the extra effort to post weights and far more relevant product information. I can tell that the team are bike people just as much as a business!

Overall a good experience so far. The ordering process was smooth and communication was clear, and once everything was available, the order was shipped quickly. There was a delay due to some items that were listed with a certain restock timeframe but actually took longer to arrive. I would also appreciate a bit more technical support when selecting parts (for example, confirming compatibility of items like upper and lower bearings). I understand this is not always standard for online shops, but it could be a nice improvement. Looking forward to receiving the items and hope everything will meet expectations

I don't think R2Bike is the best online retaileur in the world...But it's a damn fine one. Everything goes smoothly with them, any comunication is swift and clear. Only real bad thing about R2Bike is that it only works with DHL. And DHL is fine until it reaches my country, Portugal. From then on it's a circus of unreliability and absolute lack of respect...By far the worst logistics company I've ever encountered working in Portugal.

I already voted in 2024 in prep to my Oslo-Loop the awesome service from r2-bike. IMHO I admit to trust them in regard to solid products and, when dropping a new order before 2PM the delivery will be on time next workday! Congrats r2-bike, you're really - until today - care about your customers.

R2Bike is my go to supplier when I either can’t source the component locally here in Australia, or I want something that’s not your average run of the mill part that most online bike shops are selling. A part that makes my bike unique, and adds a visually appealing look Shipping is always prompt, and any queries are always replied to in a timely manner. I find the shipping with DHL to be very helpful and convenient, especially when I pay the little bit extra for express. Keep up the great work guys. Also, I believe it’s called the “Haribo - Rule” from what I can gather. The problem I find with this is that because I’m always fascinated with my new part delivery more than anything, those little bears get eaten by my family before I get a chance to.

Great store with competitive prices and very fast shipping. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider offering discounted or free shipping within the EU once a certain order value is reached.

Till today I have bought many different things and on also many different occasions, every time the delivery was fast, items well described not problems whatsoever. In two cases I have issues with the products i bought, not because of them but due to technical issues with the product itself, nonetheless I got a very fast answer and solution to those issues . I’ll keep buying from them.

I like the updated tracking and the fast delivery shipping to Saudi Arabia, i suggest put “CANCEL ORDER” options and select items to cancel.. that’s only my opinion.. thanks

Lots of products at a good price, and some are hard to find elsewhere (like specific wheel components). Delivery is efficient and fast, and comes with nice stickers and a small candy pack, always fun :)

Bought a set of brakes and all of their associated accessories. Everything wss packed and protected perfectly, no plastic in the packaging, I ordered on a Saturday and was provided with a tracking number on Sunday which I rid not expect, and I had them delivered (in the UK) on Thurdsay! Super happy with the ordering process and delivery. Of course the products were as expected, brand new and in undamaged packaging. I was also very happy I managed to find everything I needed in one place so good variety of products! I'd buy again in the future. Something you could do better: price of the brakes delivered to my address in Greece (bike is there) was coming up €120 more expensive!? Not delivery charge, the actual price of the products changed as compared to having them delivered in the UK where I live and then of course I had to pay £116 import duty to the UK. Seems weird but even with the duty the overall price was very competitive.

The team is always responsive to enquiries - I have bought a few items and will continue to use as my bike parts shop. I ship internationally and the service is speedy and reliable.

No delays when I order, same Day shipping and no problems, im from Iceland and you are my go to stores when Í need something, would be nice to see more brands, í needed winter tires for my Canyon Grail and had wanted 45NRTH gravdal studded, or suomi studded, had to order them from Bike24, sry about that! Í Also thinking of upgrading to my power meter from one side to dual spider, only Found SRAM RED XPLR DUB Wide AXS Powermeter Crank Carbon 1-speed with 40 and 42 option, Thinking of 44 or 46 chainring but could not find the orginal chainring, do you know if Í can buy all the parts seperate and would that be more expensive? Maybe sram force crank XPLR red powermeter spider and 44 or 46 chainring?
