I made a mistake in my order and emailed a correction and it was fixed without fuss which was awesome. It would be good to get a delivery provider that gave a more in depth international tracking like you get with fed ex.

I placed an order but immediately cancelled it following the r2-bike.com instructions for claims and cancellations. Regardless, the order was sent anyway, I did not pick up the parcel and now after almost 3 weeks my money are not returned yet. Furthermore the personnel is rude and disrespectful, blaming me for the fact I follow the instructions given by the website!!! I still have not received my funds and frankly I doubt I will, but I will report this merchant to my bank, I hope this will help their “business” reputation.

If you order a larger quantity than we have in stock, the shop will inform you several times during the order process that not all items are in stock and give you a delivery time for the total quantity. Items ordered always takes longer to arrived than expected and promised. Other trusted sites takes 7-10days only. CRC & Wiggle takes only 4-5days. Improve on that pls.

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping times and prices are quite complicate. There are a lot of aspects to be considered. I try to explain a bit. We state on our website a delivery time of 1-4 weeks for international orders. For our shipments we use DHL Premium. It's the fastest DHL option after DHL Express. The shipping time can vary because of limited capacities of air flights. That means the delivery time from door to door is 2 weeks and the next time it will be 4 weeks. A variation is possible. If your order from CRC or Wiggle was delivered between 4-5 days, it's an express delivery. These companies subsidise your shipping costs. This is great for the customer, but in terms of economic issues rather bad. If you check the CRC, Wiggle website they only ship in the UK anymore. The first named reason is: "rising international air freight costs". https://crc.egain.cloud/kb/CRC_EN/content/Prod-19425/Why-cant-I-place-an-order-outside-the-UK I try to say to that we all cook with water only. If you get your order super fast without paying for it, it means you maybe pay more elsewhere (mainly products) or the company subsidise your shipment. In case of Wiggle/CRC it seems this wasn't a good idea. If you need your order faster, we offer an DHL Express service for you. Unfortunately only with upcharge. Any questions? WRONG PRODUCT

Hello, today we received our order witch code: DE-1917812 and we received wrong order, we wanted ROCKSHOX Rear Shock SIDLuxe Ultimate RL Trunnion and we got ROCKSHOX rear shock SIDLuxe Ultimate RL 3 Pos which we don't want and is bad measurements which we did not want, because we got wrong product, what do we do? Be effecient in your logistics and avoid mistakes in preparing shipping documents. If your people made a mistake that will cause a delay on shipment, you should initiate to send the items by DHL express withount additional cost to your client.

Products are available only one at a…

I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handle the situation. R2 needs to change their policies and how they reflect their in stock items instead of just saying they’re in stock they need to be itemized because it gives us a much better understanding of what is actually available.

If you buy for example 2 pcs of an item and we only have one item left in our stock you get a note during the ordering process. Bad experience When I booked the order it showed the watches were available and will ship in 1-3 days. After the 4th day I contacted the store and they tell me that the watches are no available and they are no clear when they would be available. This is not a good way to do business.

If we have the item physically in stock, we declare it as "available from stock". Unfortunately the manufacturer postpone the delivery date. We apologise for the delay and circumstances. Prices are ok - delivery time and customer support are not

Prices look to be attractive, however delivery time and customer support are very poor. Still waiting for a parcel ordered over 10 days ago, I sent an email to them asking for an update, I haven't received any reply so far.

Very difficult to get payment to them. They made a massive problem with a bank transfer and not releasing my products to me in time for my race. I would recommend for buyers to be very wary of them when it comes to payment and availability of products.
