En Europa es la mejor tienda donde he comprado. La atención post-venta es de lo mejor, están pendiente de solucionar y responder lo antes posible cualquier inconveniente que se tenga y constantemente mandan mail para saber si algo más requiere.
Lo digo por experiencia propia.
Confío en esta tienda y es mi favorita.
Compro con envío a Chile y Austria y todo llega muy bien embalado.
Además tienen todo las marcas y productos favoritos que me gustan.
I placed an order but immediately cancelled it following the r2-bike.com instructions for claims and cancellations. Regardless, the order was sent anyway, I did not pick up the parcel and now after almost 3 weeks my money are not returned yet. Furthermore the personnel is rude and disrespectful, blaming me for the fact I follow the instructions given by the website!!! I still have not received my funds and frankly I doubt I will, but I will report this merchant to my bank, I hope this will help their “business” reputation.

Mucho cuidado con las fechas de entrega de algunos de sus productos, la web es una maravilla, el servicio no es tan maravilloso.
Mi experiencia es buena, aunque siempre he tenido problemas con algunos productos.

Great product selection and a fair price. However, delivery follow up should be initiated by R2-Bike with DHL and not waiting from client to chase it.
I am extremely dissatisfied with how they handle the situation. R2 needs to change their policies and how they reflect their in stock items instead of just saying they’re in stock they need to be itemized because it gives us a much better understanding of what is actually available.

Thank you for your feedback. I hope I can clarify this issue a little bit. If you buy for example 2 pcs of an item and we only have one item left in our stock you get a note during the ordering process.
"Choosen quantity not on stock | availability: 1 week"

Be effecient in your logistics and avoid mistakes in preparing shipping documents. If your people made a mistake that will cause a delay on shipment, you should initiate to send the items by DHL express withount additional cost to your client.

Items ordered always takes longer to arrived than expected and promised. Other trusted sites takes 7-10days only. CRC & Wiggle takes only 4-5days. Improve on that pls.

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping times and prices are quite complicate. There are a lot of aspects to be considered. I try to explain a bit. We state on our website a delivery time of 1-4 weeks for international orders. For our shipments we use DHL Premium. It's the fastest DHL option after DHL Express. The shipping time can vary because of limited capacities of air flights. That means the delivery time from door to door is 2 weeks and the next time it will be 4 weeks. A variation is possible.
If your order from CRC or Wiggle was delivered between 4-5 days, it's an express delivery. These companies subsidise your shipping costs. This is great for the customer, but in terms of economic issues rather bad.
If you check the CRC, Wiggle website they only ship in the UK anymore. The first named reason is: "rising international air freight costs". https://crc.egain.cloud/kb/CRC_EN/content/Prod-19425/Why-cant-I-place-an-order-outside-the-UK
I try to say to that we all cook with water only. If you get your order super fast without paying for it, it means you maybe pay more elsewhere (mainly products) or the company subsidise your shipment. In case of Wiggle/CRC it seems this wasn't a good idea.

Fast and clear communication, fast order processing and delivery.
However, perhaps a stronger material could be considered for the packaging, the cardboard box was partially broken, but luckily all the products were safe and intact because the products were properly protected using a filler.

Had an incomplete delivery received, but it was resolved in 3 days time. Don’t attempt to call cause they will never answer, the best way to communicate is via email. Overall, superb deals and excellent email response specifically from Michael Bogen.
