Bestilte en sending reservedele, og det kom hurtigt. men pakken var skadet under transporten og der manglede reservedele som måtte være faldet ud under transporten. Jeg finder ud af at der ved skift mellem transportør firmaer, at der mangler ca. 700-800 gram. Der meddeles om dette til transportfirmaerne for at finde en løsning på deres skader og bortkomst af reservedele. Til information sendes denne korrespondance med transportfirmaerne til Louis også, som straks svarer retur at de blot sender nye dele i stedet for dem som er blevet væk under transporten, og så skal jeg ikke tage en kamp med transportfirmaerne, men det vil Louis i stedet gøre på mine vegne. Top klasse og god service af Louis teamet.
Ordered a pair of GAZZINI GREB and two GILLES-FODHVILER 26/8.
Recieved it on 29/8, but unfortunately the two GILLES-FODHVILER was missing, which was the expensive part of the package.
I called the service centre at Louis right away and was told that they would investigate the issue.
5/9 I still had not gotten any update so I called again. This time it was taken more serious and I got a call back after 10 minutes that they could see that a mistake was made, but I had to take a photo of the package and make a claim via a mail to the service mail.
I took the photo and sent a mail to the service mail on 6/9.
I heard nothing for a week and called back 13/9 to get an update. The response was that they would try and hear the logistik department again and I would hear back from them. But I could not get any indication of what a proper response time for such an issue was and the person I spoke to sounded like he didn't really care.
Made 2 orders within 10 minutes, but instead of shipping in the same package, they were sent in 2, which meant 2 delivery fees. (my own fault, that i forgot something in the first order, but would have been nice if they were sent in one pacakage).

Wrong parts and waiting time
Well i have bought quit a lot during the years and never been disapointed.
But the last item i bought did’nt fit and it took 3 months of delivery. So now i’m worried about, when will i get an answer about the wrong part.

Everything was ok but the box it came in was very damaged
The box it came in was very damaged, the transport company had given it tape to hold it together, maybe a slightly stronger box. But luckily everything was ok inside. All the products are as expected and I am very happy. thanks;)

Nice service, but a little more information is missing and money has been withdrawn from my account without sending an invoice and trackin information. And DHL deliver through Post Nord, which are unbelievably bad.

The packaging is simply not good. The cardboard boxes should have some tape to prevent them from opening up during shipment
