I have been a customer of Louis for more than 20 years, during which time I have both ordered online and made frequent use of the many stores. Over the years, I have loyally purchased clothing, equipment, and much more, and I have always appreciated the wide selection and, more importantly, the level of service you have consistently provided as a customer. However, something has now changed at Louis that I no longer recognize. The service has become extremely poor. One should not expect to receive answers to inquiries sent via email, website contact forms, or even by phone, as the service hotline is simply not answered. When placing an order, it now takes an excessively long time for Louis to process it—what used to take 3–5 days can now easily take several weeks. It is also impossible to get in touch with Louis to receive an update on an order. At the moment, I have once again contacted Louis with questions regarding accessories before placing an actual order. Yet again, there has been no response. Waiting for for an answer regarding a MIVV exchaust - No respond. I am told that this is due to a new IT system, but what has happened resembles a level of service comparable to Temu—or even worse. What has happened at Louis? This is truly disappointing, especially as competitors now offer better service and faster delivery. It is genuinely painful to consider leaving Louis after so many years, but when you can neither deliver nor be contacted, it becomes difficult to remain loyal. Wake up, Louis, and return to what you once were.

Missing item, unnecessary hassle and time consuming

I have previously had a great experience with your company. This time it was a less positive experience. When the package arrived, a set of brake pads was missing from the box. I called customer service, who apologized in English that he did not speak Danish. I said that we could just continue the conversation in English, which he was not allowed to do. Instead, I had to wait to be called by a Danish speaker when he was back at work. As promised, I was called by a Danish speaker who understood that a set of brake pads was missing from the package, but that he could not help me. Instead, I had to take pictures of the contents of the box, and write what was missing, after which I had to send this by email to Louis. Subsequently, a reply email came where I had to answer which article number was missing. (I had only written the manufacturer's part number and name, but that was not enough, you had to use Louis's item number) This whole process is a lot of trouble, and for me an unnecessary use of both yours and my time.

I have ordered many times from Louis and its allways been a good experience. The packages is well packed and protected, and I have recieved my orders shortly after ordering. Its the same coming to the stores, all over Europe. We have allways recieved good help and positive attitude from employees.

A little help

Overall a good service and products But… I ordered parts and suddently after I realized, that parts where wrong and I send an e-mail to redraw/undo my order, because it was not an option in your webshop. The answer was, that it was not possible to stop the order, but I could refuse to pick up the order and then it would be returned and I would get a refund. I think it’s a bit stupid to send parts forward and back, when it could have been stopped during packaging.

Excellent as always.

The large selection & quality at reasonable prices has kept me coming back to Louis over the decades. I also finally managed to drop in at a number of physical shops, and help was excellent and I didn't feel forced to buy anything. My only regret is that more spare parts aren't available, but I'll happily trade that to keep the current selection. I do wish we had a physical Louis shop in Denmark ;-)

I did get the stuff in good time. But one single Sparkplug missing. Despite immediate response from me with Picture. It took more than a month with a few mails from You before I finally had my plug in hand. One of the latter mails from You asked me if I had checked the Box! Well. That didnt make me feel taken serious. So speed up Your service. I cant allways wait up to 5 weeks to get my spares.

10 days from ordering to delivery is okay, especially during Christmas, and the price was also okay, but to ship a helmet from Germany to Denmark, with nothing to protect it from blows but a simple cardboard box, is just foolish. I have seen how reckless packages are handled by couriers, and I can't understand why you decided to leave out some filling or some kind of protection. Further more the helmet is already 2 years old, and with an average durabillity of 5 years, there's only 3 left. That would have been nice to know, before ordering such an old helmet. Apart from those two things, I have no complaints.

Hello, the only thing that worried me was the open package, but luckily nothing was missing. It looked like the box was too small for the items inside and the box got damaged during transport. It would be a good idea to reinforce the package with tape if the items inside are heavy. The courier doesn't care about the items they're transporting😉

Fantastic shop and customer service!

As always, I am super satisfied with your website, products and customer service. Unfortunately, this product does not fit the two motorcycles it was purchased for. We have a Yamaha tenere 700 (2021) and a Yamaha tenere XT660Z (2011) Fortunately, you have a fantastic return service, so we will send the unopened haul loop back so that it can be sold to another buyer. hurtig korekt levering. er mindre tilfreds med paknings sæt tilkobling, man kan ikke se om pakningerne er til slave eller hovedecylinder, jeg har prøvet 2 gange nu til yamaha fj1200 og til intruder 1400 at jeg gerne ville have til slavecylinder, men har fået til hovedecylinder.

Liked your concept througout years. Nice brands represented in best possible way. Nice with the lockers for helmet/cloth etc. Nice staff. Nice relaxing corner. Coffe could be much better (would gladly pay for it). Have build fequent trip for our motorcycle club wher we start with a visit in your Flensborg shop. Sorry that your pricing recently is not always updated/competitive. But last example solved by your centrak office :-)

cable lenghts would be useful (example tacho-cable). A lot of us do custom bikes so original cables wont fit anymore. Also connection type, inner/outer tread, squre end etc. Sometimes parts only relates to specific model with no further information. There are difrencies between Danish and German shops - cant find chainlube on Danish shop but Motul 7100 oli was much cheaper ? For more than 10 years I've been buying all kind of things from you - I think that says it all. I'm gonna buy a chain set very soon....

Varen var ifølge hjemmesiden på lager i Flensborg, men efter personalet havde gennemsøgt butikken samt lageret måtte de opgive og tilbød i stedet at sende den fragtfri. Har brugt den et par gange og den lever op til forventningerne. Dejligt altid at have en taske under sædet hvis der skal handles lidt på turen og så kan den også tage en styrthjelm mens man handler.
