Oh man....................what a wonderful shop. I have been buying quality items for my motorcycles and motorcycle travels since soon after the shop existed. So great selection. It would be hard to say would should be bettered. But sometimes when I have been fond of a product for years, it suddenly disappears. It would be great if Louis was better at leaving these products on the site and if non-available, point in directions of what could replace this product. Maybe also more motorcycle model specific items to fit such as bash plates, luggage racks, crash bars, bar rizers, seats, footpegs etc. etc. I will get back. ;-)

Har handlet en del på Louis men det er sidste gang jeg handler hos jer mit intercom er forsvundet i posten og jeg kan hverken få svar på hvad der skal ske hvor længe jeg skal vente på at få mine penge eller et nyt sent kan simpelhen ikke være rigtigt at det kan tag mig 23 min at finde ud af hvad der er sket med pakken med et opkald men i har ikke kunne find ud af det på 12 dage jeg sender jer en e-mail med bekræftelse fra postnord at den er forsvundet det kan i heller ikke bruge til noget og når man ringer til j’ers kundeservice kan man heller ikke få noget hjælp hverken med hvad der skal ske eller hvor længe man sksl vente på svar

bestilt online

bestillingen virker ikke til at være styr på. bestilte 3 ting. 2 af dem ankom men den ene var ikke komplet. den 3. ting hører jeg intet om så har en følelse af de har glemt alt om den. frem over kører jeg personligt i butikken efter det jeg skal bruger der virker de til gengæld super venlige og hjælpsomme..

I have saved my bike in my profile, ordered a SW-Motec sidestand enlarger, but it does not fit, so total waste of money, the Windmaster size L feels like the size M i bourght first. The sparkplugs and oilfilter works fine. My old one is to the right, big differense.

Thank you for your review. We would love to be able to process deliveries from Hamburg to Denmark much more quickly. Unfortunately, the average delivery time is somewhat longer than for deliveries within Germany. Reviewed wrong boot - poor service

Reviewed wrong boot. Informed customer service about error on your homepage and they confirmed that I will receive the correct boot - not! Really bad customer service😑 - they do not really read the email and don't seem to care.
