Oh man....................what a wonderful shop. I have been buying quality items for my motorcycles and motorcycle travels since soon after the shop existed. So great selection. It would be hard to say would should be bettered. But sometimes when I have been fond of a product for years, it suddenly disappears. It would be great if Louis was better at leaving these products on the site and if non-available, point in directions of what could replace this product. Maybe also more motorcycle model specific items to fit such as bash plates, luggage racks, crash bars, bar rizers, seats, footpegs etc. etc. I will get back. ;-)

Dear Louis - moto.dk, First i bought a KN filter on Louis website, everything went OK. Then I made another order on your website for some hepco-becker items. I made the order 14th of Aug, on the 16th of Aug you withdrew the full amount (approx 500 euro) from my acount and then nothing... no order number, no status e-mail, nothing! It's now the 25th of Aug, please give me / your costumer a status update. Kind regards, Tine Falk

Both webshop and the shop I visit in…

Both webshop and the shop i visit in Flensburg has a wide selection and the items are of good quality. I have had one single issue with faulty delivery and the return proces of that, which took a while to solve. Language barriers did not make it better :) But all in all I am satisfied.

Det er fint at handle der, men lidt træls når det skal retur, kunne godt tænke mig at man bare kunne køre evt til forretningen i Flensborg feks, Indpakning ikke ok kæmpe kasse til 2 små ting, kunne være sendt i en konvolut

Super fast delivery, but with a missing item. Ordered a Simpson Venom with pin lock included. But the pinlock lens was missing. Contacted Louis and the was super fast to send me the missing item. Super nice website 👍🏻
