Impressive selection of wines, old vintages in perfect condition. Prompt shipment, unless... the wine you ordered is not available. That tends to happen because often the amount of wine shown online does not match the warehouse stock. Then you will wait endlessly until it is available again, without being notified what is the reason for the holdup. Moreover, the only way you can find out what is going on with your order is to call the shop (they will pick up eventually) and make sure you speak Spanish. Forget online messages and e-mails, you may wait for few days to get the reply, or you may not get it at all, which is quite frustrating. So - I am very happy with the wines, not so much with the customer service.

I would like to express my satisfaction with the delivery of the order. The shipment was handled efficiently and arrived on time, in perfect condition. I am very pleased with the quality of service and the professionalism of the distribution company. I would definitely recommend this company for its reliability and high service standards.

Customer service is good, 2 wines were not available after order and 2 alternatives were offered including a extra bottle for the inconvience (after a small push :-)

Fast delivery & good price
