i have ordered a bike since 10 Sep 25. Today is 2 Oct 25 (23 days after) and i haven't yet got my order. (it is propably coming from Mars)

can you please tell us your name and the delivery country so as to inform you about the delivery of the bike? If the delivery is in Cyprus or in Malta it takes a month to arrive and we were informed about that when you order the bike. We are waiting for your news.
