I bought two pairs of linen pants on sale, 1-2 sizes less as recommended. They fit perfect, look and feel amazing! The shipping was fast and secure. NYDJ are my go to for jeans and trousers. They are the best I’ve ever bought.

Speed of receipt of order was good, but incorrect size sent & flagged up on website despite my seeing correct size highlighted - but I didnt check as never crossed my mind there would be an error. Returned wildly incorrect item unopened. 30 secs after receiving ‘email order confirmation’ I emailed ‘customer services’ and no reply/acknowlegement received at all - even a week later. This is first time I have returned to Martens-NYDJ - poor & expensive returns policy/info. Had to ask Post Office for help.
