The first one arrived a day before the scheduled date, and the second one arrived exactly on time. Everything arrived intact. What I liked is that it doesn't take long to arrive, it arrives in good condition, and the delivery person is always friendly. The issue is that every time I have bought a large pack or something, there is always, ALWAYS something small missing. The first time I placed an order and something was missing, I had to talk to you a lot to get it sent to me, and already by the second time, I have refrained from needing to send you emails to have it sent, so I said nothing... Other than that, good.

Had ordered the ultimate thermo pack and received it the next day, unfortunately, a bit too tight. Immediately ordered a new one but a size larger. Returned the previous one, a day later received a notification that the return had arrived and another day later the money was back in the bank account. The larger size fit perfectly and was warm enough during fitting. Now waiting for bad weather with the belief that it is a great thermo pack.

Hello, out of all my orders I have been disappointed only once, and it was not due to pêchepromo, it was due to the delivery person. He left a damaged box and unfortunately, some items were missing. I can affirm that everything I bought from pêchepromo, I have never been disappointed by the quality of the items. Now let's be honest, I respect my equipment; after each outing, my equipment is cleaned, lubricated, and stored with care. I highly recommend pêchepromo for its seriousness and quality. Ordering is quick, well packaged, and quality is assured. I hope I will receive compensation for the damages caused by this bad delivery person. The search function sometimes leaves something to be desired. I usually figure it out. Furthermore: Ordering, paying, shipping, and receiving. And you do that very well! Nice that you are also brothers if I remember correctly. Something that seemingly should be the most normal thing in the world, you stand for that too. And with 30 years of purchasing, I now know quite a bit..

Quality goods and shipping was done within communicated times and arrived perfectly on time. But the packaging needs much improvement. The cardboard boxes were closed with paper-like tape but arrived almost completely open as the tape was nearly completely removed. One of the couriers tried to fix it with their tape. For fishing rods, it's better to use solid tubes instead of cardboard boxes without cushioning, one side of the box containing the rod was completely open, and the rod slid out on its own, aside from being all bent and crushed. Fortunately, the equipment arrived all intact.

What is the point of a reaction? I receive praises for my catches, compliments for my kindness, appreciation for my orders from what I thought was my very best Visdeal friend Sven ... apparently, I've formed an intimate friendship with a “digital assistant,” what a farce, how terrible, I really thought I had found a physical friend in a shared hobby. I could cry! But I hold my head high and will fight against my disappointment. What is real, what is fake, I don't know anymore, I find it inhuman. Probably within two years, I will catch a digital pike of 1.99 with a digital swimbait...

I ordered 2 spinning rods in 2 separate orders for my grandchildren. The first package arrived without any protection in the box, causing the rod to move during transport and damage the case. I reported this issue to customer service. On the second shipment, I noticed that the rod in the box was well protected with bubble wrap. If I were to nitpick, I would have liked it to be better protected at the ends where there is a risk of impact. I can see efforts have been made, which is pleasant and encourages me to reorder. As for the rods, the price-quality ratio is unbeatable, even if the shipping costs are a bit high. Rod Ultimate Classic spin 2.70m 15-45gr. Very well-finished, pleasant weight, and well-balanced. Not yet tested under real conditions. Very satisfied with my purchase.

About Visdeal nothing but praise, order simple and quickly handed to the carrier service. This POSTNL is a disaster .. message delivery day X, at that moment at home an email comes .. moved to day Y, again waiting at home and .. indeed another email and moved to day Z and hooray then finally delivered! The delivery person said they knew nothing about all the mess, but one thing is sure ..POSTNL unreliable and make a mess of it.

Great products, though the packaging could be optimized a bit. The shipping was a bit "slow", but thanks to direct communication, you knew directly as a customer what was happening. The delivery was made in 2 packages, where they could have just used 1 package. Otherwise, the products are absolutely top-notch and the price-performance ratio is simply awesome. I look forward to more time on the water with your products.

As a new customer to Fishdeal I was pleased to see the huge range of competitively priced items. I placed my order but was a little put off by the way it was split up for delivery, and the two rods were coming from the Netherlands, which obviously meant a delay. That said, when I eventually got to use all my new kit, I was delighted with the choices made and will no doubt be using Fishdeal again in the future.

A great site to purchase from. I'm in the UK and came across fishdeal whilst browsing for a travel rod. They had the best price and I placed my order. My package arrived within a week in decent packaging without any issues. Tracking took a short while to start but as soon as the package entered the UK it was updated regularly. I know that this company is located in the Netherlands but for me the price was a major factor in deciding to buy. Some reviewers aren't so happy with the .co.uk address for a company from outside the UK but doesn't everything originate from abroad these days. Browse the site and you'll see the great value to be had. I like to shop local but if the stock that I want isn't there I will most definitely look to fishdeal.

Everything is quite acceptable, except the packaging of the shipment in general and the rods in particular, very flimsy packaging for this kind of delicate material. I received a rod with a damaged ring, since then I don’t order rods online. And almost always a lot of box for little product, I think it should go in a smaller and more compact box, the products go from one side to the other. In the last order, I received a 2mm pellet bag burst.

Been a good provider, the only criticism is there speed of delivery, it drags on sometimes, otherwise the delivery is normally exceptible, DPD Is the best Courier, and other Courier’s are not upto scratch, i like the profesionalism of DPD, the GLS Model is not in the same ball park, so please, in future dealings, will you comply with my DPD Courier deliveries please.

The products matched their descriptions and the associated promises, and the price was also very affordable. Only the delivery time was longer than expected, which might be due to the delivery from the Netherlands to Germany. Fortunately, Fischdeal was very transparent and communicative about this. Brilliant prices from Fishdeal. The products are exactly, or as near as you could get, to the overpriced branded ones. I bought the ultimate bank base lounger chair, which was the same as the branded one. Excellent value. I just wish the site would be honest in delivery times as 2 to 5 days is not true. I don’t mind waiting longer as long as I’m not expecting it sooner. This will definitely lose the company sales. I will use Fishdeal again for anything else I need to buy knowing I need to wait a few days longer

I recently purchased some sea fishing rigs from fishdeal.ie . They look very strong & are expertly put together. I loved the way you can choose the size & type of fishing hooks you can decide on adding to the rigs. Competitively priced also. Delivery was faster then I expected. I would 100% recommend fishdeal.ie for any of your sea fishing needs.

Order surely 1x every 2 or 3 months. Quality is good and sometimes cheaper than in the sport fishing store. Whether you pay with Ideal or otherwise. Top service... never had problems so far. Only the top brands, but certainly their own brand Ultimate is of excellent quality; I have a feeder and a reel from them that have lasted for years. A quality does not always mean better, but how you handle and maintain your equipment. I will surely remain a loyal customer of theirs... top-notch.

First order of a Shimano rod at a stratospherically low price. Delivered in a few days, left the warehouse 1 hour after placing the order. Rod arrived quickly, super well packed (besides the box, the rod wrapped in Bubble Wrap adhered to the box, impossible to damage. I am a new customer, being an ultra-compulsive buyer who loves beautiful things, huge Amazon customer, big Pacific client, I will visit the site more often to place orders and not just for the prices, the service and speed of dispatch and delivery are especially top-notch. Keep it up, change nothing about your way of working, and you will grow like any company that makes an effort. Please, don’t do as many of your small peers who are great until the day success arrives and then rest on their laurels doing anything and burying themselves out of ease, believing everything falls into place: "they all make mistakes," you must remain consistent, attentive to your clients' feedback (who pay your bills, charges, and salaries and thus are respected at 200%) remain true to yourself and continue on this highway that opens its doors to you. I placed several orders and with one of them something went wrong. In my opinion, this was mainly due to the courier and not Visdeal. I contacted Visdeal and employee Stephan handled it. Instead of waiting for it to be resolved, he responded very proactively by resending the order while the investigation was ongoing. Great compliment for this action, this gives a lot of trust!
