I placed my order on the 20 July and I got a confirmation of order/payment email back from them. Since then I have not heard one thing from them about my order shipping - which it doesn’t appear to have done - or a possible delivery date. Not acceptable. I emailed them 2 days ago for an update but as yet have not had any response
