I have mobility issues, so I order my items for home delivery and I don't leave the house easily. I placed the order, something routine on other sites. The delivery company didn't attempt delivery, even though I was home for 24 to 48 hours around the order date; in fact, I haven't left the house for two months and there was no delivery attempt at my residence. The delivery company claims there was a delivery attempt, which is untrue. Supposedly, since I "wasn't home," I had the right to choose where to pick up my merchandise, but the delivery company did this without my consent, and "strangely" or rather "conveniently" (either due to fuel prices or the constant traffic problems near my home) chose, without my consent, the collection point closest to its own delivery distribution branch. As a result, the package was returned to the seller because I would spend twice as much on transportation (on average the same amount I paid for delivery) on train tickets to pick up the package at the address imposed on me by the delivery company. I am extremely dissatisfied because the seller said I would receive my order at home, and when that wasn't possible, he simply refunded my money and deleted me from the WhatsApp group, probably to avoid contaminating his clientele with my comments.
